If you are going for an interview then please i request that do not waste your time they ll give you salary of 3500 AED and ask you for 7 days training and ll say that company has a strict policy for training, for any how if you have some emergency then the owner say only 1 line that ( yes you can leave)

Formally company know as by ducks tours but now they are doing just doing time pass and the owner of company is totally a psychopath hut his son mr amir is too good he will guide you properly but he need to follow the company policies.

So kindly a-dire you to not to entertain this interview and if you join then just ask them that take 2 days for certification

I was interviewed and accepted to start training, me and 5 others
Just two days in our training, the CEO dismissed our entire patch without even testing us, and the Hr called us incompetent when he was the one who recruited and accepted us in the first place

The CEO is a horrible person, a psychopath who I'm sure have mental health issues, stay away from it, and don't be tempted by it's high salary, it's a scam company that offers highly priced packages

I worked there and there's nothing to say about them other than "SCAMMERS"

Bad experience with bad team

This agency has been extremely unprofessional and misleading. Upon arriving at our tour destination, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional fee due to my son’s age—a detail that was never requested or mentioned when I initially booked the tour. This last-minute charge feels unjustified and appears to be a way to extract more money. Such practices cause unnecessary stress and frustration for customers. I strongly advise against booking with this agency to avoid similar experiences.

I will give a detailed review of my experience but be warned, this company is far from professional.

I had a phone interview for a Sales Travel Consultant role, with HR emphasizing the CEO Mahdi’s high standards and formal expectations. i had informed her that i have a long hair that is tied in a bun always, she told me "under no circumstances we can see your hair loose or in any form other than a bun" On interview day, the office was a dusty apartment, and others (employees and other interviewees) weren’t dressed formally as described. Mahdi, poorly dressed, conducted the interview aggressively, he barely speaks english, he keeps saying key words and it was hard to understand him that i had to rephrase his questions "do you mean this or that" to be able to understand or to answer, during my introduction, he decided to cut me off as if he doesn't care to hear the rest. he decided we will do role-play calls with different scenario. After two role-plays, he instructed me to study a package in another room for 10 minutes and then ‘sell’ it to him in a call. It took them 13 minutes to try to open the pc that is barely working as all the pcs in the "office". i had 5 minutes to look into it then he entered the room along with the hr girl and a guy. he kept going in circles behind me, instructing aggressively on what am i going to do now. we started the call and at the end of the "call" he said "i will check my wife and get back to you bye" so i remained silent, he looked at me and he yelled "WHAT? NOTHING!" i replied "i thought you have ended the call and that you had to go" he kept yelling that i can't let a customer hang up and that i have to sell and that my job is to sell not customer care and not to. just provide details, and that i didn't even try to inform him as a customer that this package has a hotel and this hotel is nice and has whatever attractions nearby, i replied "Exactly, i don't even have the hotel name in the package and i don't have the price and i asked about those details but you told me no need to know them now" he replied back "no you don't need to know all that, you are here to sell only" i told him "As you know, part of the sales process that the sales person needs to have very good product knowledge to be able to sell it and to use its perks as selling point. also, part of the job is to educate the customer on the product" "NO YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THIS." By that time, i was already smiling and laughing inside as i have never witnessed such buffoonery. he then wanted me to redo this all again otherwise quoting him "we will not accept you" i waited for him to finish, then i stood up and said thanks and bye.

the moral is, how can you trust a business that all they care about is fooling the customers and just sell to them whatever. Mahdi is completely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and immoral.

I used to work there for like 10 months in Cairo office in marketing department, all I can say that this company is a total scam, also its founder/CEO is a quite psychopath character.
If you are a customer looking for reviews and honesty, don't reserve their packages, trust me you'll be fooled like I said I was in the kitchen :))
- And if you are an interviewee who is going to work there just DO NOT, definitely don't work there
- If you are somehow till now an existing employee RUN

I bet that this "company" will shut down very soon, and Mr.Mehdi Nourian "the Founder" will open a new office with a different brand or name and restart the same game over and over again, Oh yes almost forgot to tell that this company has real bad history under the name of Dusk Tours with different brand & location after scamming & stealing on enough customers in UAE, that's why it is now called World Trip Deal and operates from Cairo

Amazing customer support.
They were there every step of the way and even helped me when I needed to Mel changes to my booking✌️and upgraded my package in short notice.

It Was a great Exprince and the cheapest Deals from others and the tours was amazing.
And Regarding There customer service team they was super great and helpful

Bad and Unprofessional company. No response given since 10 days by email. Also customer care people not advising on the confusion on package price given on website. Very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They don’t keep up their commitment, only after more money

They don't plan a holiday for you to have a pleasant time at your destination. They plan travel based on what works for them. Our 10-day trip to Georgia was planned horribly and we were very disappointed with the choice of Hotel, at the time of booking we didn't know staying all 10 days in Tbilisi wasn't wise, for the money we paid the service that we received was horrible. Will not recommend this to anyone. The agent booking for you will sweet talk to earn your trust but don't fall for the sweet talks.

Once booked nothing can be changed, eg. If a hotel is bad they can't change the hotel so don't expect any fix or compensation from them.

I tried this out with my friends because it had the cheapest options out of all the other websites, turned out to be great and we had an amazing and easy trip, i recommend it

Offer letter issued, visa not done. Very unorganized company and wasted all my time and opportunities. DO NOT JOIN OR BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
