You placed the order at 19:38pm on Good Friday, we have been out of the office over the Easter break so couldn't reply to any emails. Your order would have normally been sent out Monday however because it was a bank holiday, delivery services were not running. Your order has been sent out today via 2nd class postage as requested by you. It should therefore be with you on Thursday or possibly Friday. You do not need to send ID as we were able to verify that you are over 18 via our age checking service. I ordered from World War Supplies and after a few days received an email to send identification to verify my age which i did.
Then after 7 days i emailed to see what the status of my order was and i received a very quick response were they explained they had just came across the email verifying my age and my order would be sent first class that same day which i received the following day so very happy with customer service and very happy with quality of my order, will definitly use again.

Dear world war supplies...... you are correct I have not ordered from you more than once .... but this site is not here for purchase only comments ..... it’s here for the public to give there opinions..... on experiences of good or bad service..... so therefore I have the right to be on here ..... also the arrows you supplied me with are not Barnett arrows I have a few packs of these BRANDED arrows from Barnett .... all with there BRANDING on them ... just like the damaged ones that you originally sent me with there BRANDING...... I have also contacted Barnett and they assure me that if they are Barnett ... they will have there BRAND name on them .... they are however very interested in any company that is sell counterfeit goods or pretending to supply good under there name ....
so maybe one of your coworkers put the carbon arrows that look just like your cheap ones in instead of the correct ones ..... especially as you don’t even sell Barnett arrows ..... apart from the ones that come in Barnetts packages deals ....
