Worldwide Cruises aftercare is excellent. After the first cruise I booked with Mo, I received a phone call from him. Due to an issue, I had to rearrange the internal flight and he phoned to see if everything was ok I really appreciated the call, (Thanks again Mo)

Would I book with Worldwide Cruises again? You bet I would and in fact have 2 booked with them for 2025 & 2026. Their service is excellent.

This is my second booking with Eddie of Worldwide Cruises. Eddie always provides an honest view as to what’s best from an experience and pricing perspective. There is never a need to pressure you into booking, he’s always trying to ensure it’s the right package for you. Will definitely be back for our next trip.

Mo was a great help when booking my cruise to Japan.
He suggested hotels for before and after the cruise and helpful information about the transfers.
He responsed very quickly to my emails and was helpful on the phone too. Would use this company again due to the exellent customer service.

Eddie was supportive from start to finish with options and clarifications to the trip communicated efficiently.
Sorted out a couple of alterations due to weather, immediately with no fuss. Always available with good back up.

Contrary experiencewith this company compared with the majority of of reviews. I had a vey disappointing experience.
I responded to a cruise package offer from them for a cruise from Vancouver to Tokyo quoting a very competitive rate. I phoned, 3 times speaking to two different agents, asking for a breakdown of this offer with flight information as we have experienced horrible flight routes and timings in the past. Unfortunately all I recieved was either a copy of their offer or a link to Norweigian Cruise Lines with none of the information requested. I was also promised a call back from the company which I have never had.a strange way to run a company and certainly did not give me any confidence to book with them.

Samuel has been great in helping us book our cruise to Japan. So responsive & accommodating as we worked out the best trip for us. He was so good at communicating with us throughout the whole process & a great experience all round!

I dealt with a gentleman he was very patient and explained the process of booking the holiday with me.
He gave me options to where I could stay and what he could do if I wanted to stay longer.
He gave me important information regarding my passport and how it might be helpful if I used Uber for transfer from airport to hotel.
I found the whole experience very easy informative.
If I had to give a negative it would be at times I had to ask him to repeat what he had said
