Ordered five items last Dec.
Two first arrived more than a month later; one was partially "burned", thus unwearable. To claim, almost impossible to get a wright mail adress (their suggested is unuseable: "mailer deamon"). I had to pass through their web site "contact sheets" with no possible photos to send. Their response was : "ok we'll refund 1/3 of the price (!). A third item came: the size mentioned L is in fact M. Unwearable too.
I expect the arrival of two other items and we are end of March. So what ?

Never got my refund...only excuses and so many people are wroitting! Was the worst buy ever....stay away from this shop!

They have really nice looking products, but sadly at this point I have to accept the reality that it is a $138 scam in my opinion.

I was sent one product of the five I ordered in a size XL and received something that was at best a Medium. I was told that it was because Asians are smaller. :-)

Since then I have been promised a refund with no refund actually taking place. It's sad to have doubt and mistrust in small businesses, but sometimes I guess its just reality.

A scam, I lost my 45$, I can't find the company on line anymore.
Stay away from any Chinese online.

This is a Chinese Scam. They post beautiful looking vests online. I ordered my size (chest 44-inch) and they shipped me a size 38-inch chest size (I measured it). They refuse to take the item back, and they refuse to refund my money. I have emailed them about 10 times and all they do is send an automated response that says "We confirmed that you made a claim for this order, In order to get more information, we suggest to contact your card issuing bank and with for the feedback If you have any other concern, please feel free to contact us." But there is no real person who wants to correct their error. According to them...their error is my problem.

I ordered a waste coat from them and it was delivered it was short a button-hole; i.e. 6 buttons and 5 buttonholes. They have refused to send me a replacement- they suggest that I send it back at my expense or they will give me a vouched for 11 dollars instead of the 44.78 that I paid them. I cannot understand how short-sighted they are with their dealings with customers

Scammers. I returned items with tracking # as instructed but never got credited. Don’t be fooled by the models looking GQ in their garments. Product is poor quality and lousy fit.

It took over 6-7 weeks to get merchandise. They tell you to return merchandise but Be careful! Make sure you have the address where it’s going and that’s not the same address it was shipped from. And do not return by UPS OR FEDEX. only return by USPS. Make sure you keep tracking.

I still have not been credited after I followed all the directions.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND ARE THIEVES
If I could have rated lower than 1 star I would, as 'Bad' doesn't even cover it. I had to return the items because my XXXL were at best a large. It took me over 2 weeks and many messages just to get a return address from them following requests by them for me to send photos of the garments and size labels - like I needed to prove I wasn't lying!!!
That was over 2 months ago and I have constantly been hounding them (without success) for my refund. I occasionally receive a response with " we're so sorry, your refund is in the system, please give us more time, yada, yada, yada"
They are quite simply thieves and if they were in this country I'd be paying them a visit in person. Scum

they ran away with my 120 USD. Don't ever order on their website. They are scamster.

Never received the item, no answer to my message. They are really thieves!!

They steal your money. No product delivered.
No way to contact them.

1 item never delivered and another one that came in is even worse than Aliexpress or Wish.

I have ordered an XL vest, and it was delivered. The label said XL but it was more like an S !
For my complaint, I was told to send a picture of the size label and the vest on me. I have done these but no reply or satisfactory solution.

Dont recieve my order from 9 of January. Cant get in touch with them. Nice website but I think its a scam 😰

I've placed an order and after one month and an half I've not received anything.
Then I've asked for money back and they do not give anything.
