Received my order this week, put my personalised key ring on my car keys on a Friday and by Sunday it had fallen off. It somehow detached itself away from the big ring and dropped on the floor. Unfortunately as it’s lightweight I didn’t hear it drop nor could I see it as it was late night

I am very sorry to hear this, we do use high-quality keychains so we are surprised that this has happened, but we will look into this and test them more thoroughly to try to prevent this from happening again.

Amazing!! I ordered 6 Disney font personalised keyrings on the 17th, and they were delivered the morning of the 19th! I am so so pleased with the products, so cute and pretty! Sent to all my disney loving uni pals for their car keys! Amazing service, such a good price, super quick delivery, couldn’t recommend the company enough!
