Reliable SLA Adherence and Consistently Fast First Responses

WOW24-7 allows us to maintain true 24/7 coverage without having to scale our internal team across shifts and weekends. More importantly, they help us consistently hit a first response time under 30 minutes for all incoming tickets, which would be hard to sustain internally at a reasonable cost. This gives us much better coverage overall while keeping the operation efficient, and ensures customers always get a quick acknowledgement regardless of when they reach out.

Highly professional, clear processes, competent

We had a very positive experience working with WOW24-7. From the very first meeting, their professionalism, clear processes, and structured approach stood out. Communication was always fast and reliable — there was always someone available to answer questions and keep us informed about every step of the process. The team is highly professional, friendly, and creates a very comfortable and collaborative atmosphere. They truly take work off your shoulders and deliver real value through well-organized execution. Compared to other companies we spoke with, their processes were by far the clearest and most convincing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable partner or external team support.

Have been with Wow24-7 for nearly a year now and would definitely recommend. Previously we handled our customer service internally taking up a lot of my colleagues time. Having outsourced to Wow for a very affordable price has allowed us to focus on more profitable business activities. Would definitely recommend.

Top-notch agents and support

Wow24-7 has provided us with top-notch customer service agents, and meets with us regularly to check in, see how the agents are doing, offer additional training if needed, and generally supporting our company. I appreciate their true partnership, unlike so many other agencies that "sell" you a contract and you never hear from them again. Wow24-7 stands behind their agents, and works with them to make sure that the businesses that they support are getting great service. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wow24-7 to anyone who needs to add reasonably priced and qualified customer service agents to their business.

The WOW team has been great to work…

The WOW team has been great to work with! They follow our support processes and are all strong communicators. The agents on 24/7 chat will quickly escalate issues in real time via Slack if they are urgent.

Any time we need to adjust a process, the technical team managing our account is always quick to respond.

I highly recommend them if you need a way to expand your support teams.

A vendor who understands and adapts to their clients needs

To offer our customers 24/7 support, we required a team to provide triage and 1st response support outside of office hours. Wow24-7 have provided a solid, timely and well-engaged solution for one year now.

The initial project was run very well and set us up to succeed using their wealth of experience. It was well managed with minimal disruption while ensuring a good collaboration.

The back office team run monthly catchups to ensure the project continues to run smoothly.

The agents providing the triage support are smart, courteous and timely with their work. They really are awesome.

We have confidence in the quality of service and although we continue to review their work, have seen very high levels of accuracy in triage and very quick responses, with our typical response time dropping from 40-50 minutes to 3 minutes.

From our experience, we highly recommend Wow24-7 as a partner.
