I will say I had an issue with my delivery as I paid extra for next day shipping and didn't receive it within the next couple of days. I reported my dilemma to wow angel and they responded to me less than 24 hours and have kept consistent correspondence since. they offered me a refund for my shipping and a gift card. I do appreciate this company because their service matches the price and quality of the wigs and that's the most important thing to me.

I’ve just recently ordered a loose curl wig from Wowangel for an event coming up, after hearing all the great reviews from the fellow girlies on TikTok. I was able to order the exact wig that I wanted which I had in mind and I’m soo happy about that. I forgot to leave my order note whilst purchasing my order but I was able to contact the Wowangel team. Rose, who is apart of the customer service, was soo helpful and responsive, helped get my order note through assuring that my request will be made. Can’t wait to receive the hair and get it style for my big event. I have very good hopes!
