We contacted you and this was corrected with a hand delivery of the correct order and we collected the order sent in error.
This exchange was on the same day.
You did not notify us that you received the wrong order, you emailed to ask when your order would be delivered.
I called you and found the error and we corrected it same day within 6 hours.
Deshedding comb also great at removing tangles
Groomer here. I bought the 8" deshedding comb at Crufts and it's my new favourite. It's excellent at removing undercoat and tangles and it doesn't hurt the dog. I wish I had bought one sooner.

Excellent grooming brush
Our dog groomer recommended the grooming brush for our miniature poodle and it was a reasonable price and is so easy and efficient compared to the brush we had been using before. Wish we had found it a year ago! Service quick and efficient - will definitely use Wow grooming again!

Puppy screamed when I used it
Puppy screamed when I used it. The brush has very sharp ends. One of which went into my finger and was very sore. So not surprising he screamed, it probably hurt him. Was ok on my older dog

Problem with Delivery company Placed an order which didn’t arrive so…
Placed an order which didn’t arrive so emailed a lovely lady called Janet she immediately contacted delivery company who promised to deliver, once made aware order not received again it was resent by Royal Mail and received.
Very professional, answer queries straight away, lovely and friendly, would definitely use again.
Just to add the original order has just appeared only one month later!!! With original sent date on

We can only apologise for the high carriage charge.
Unfortunately, there is work going on in the back shop with the development team as the website is having a make over.
£30 is for overnight delivery, which is not used due to the high charge.
We have refunded £14 carriage, as it should be £16 after Wow Grooming sub the DPD charge.
