We got 2 cars detailed in September 2025. We told Sam it was not good at all and he said he would make contact to rectify the issues. He never did make contact. I've messaged him a few times and received no response. Really unprofessional way to handle their mistake. It's December now - surely 3 months is more than enough time for him to fix this?
