I ordered some shelving for my son’s new house. It arrived on time but sadly I’d ordered the wrong ones (ask any 70 year old).
Last night I emailed them asking for guidance. This morning I called them only to be diverted to voicemail. This afternoon I submitted a request via their website contact form. Result: Zero, zip, nada, nothing, nul points. Having been in business myself I know the sale is only the start. You have to then back it up with exemplary customer service. WOW have not yet learned that lesson.
Great company for shelving, storage boxes and floor tiles. Excellent quality. Very sturdy bench frames. The garage workshop floor tiles are well made - dense and resist denting, good range of colours to make your own pattern. All of it very competitively priced. Jon and Matt are friendly and helpful. Collection from their warehouse near Gloucester UK, saves delivery costs.
I will go straight back to them and not search around in the future. Highly recommended.
