Ordered a set of spare wheels for a cabin bag I bought from this site . Order was dispatched and posted with Evri which never arrived. Contacted them several times and told they would send a replacement, this never arrived and now getting no response from them. Really bad customer service.
Had high hopes for this rucksack. Small enough to fit under a Ryanair seat, big enough to fit in enough luggage for a weekend away and stylish enough to use during my city break. Unfortunately, the stitching on one of the shoulder straps broke at the departure airport. The big intentions I had for my bag quickly unravelled, much like the stitching! I emailed Customer Services on my return and requested a refund - but have been ignored. There are several other companies, offering similar products - look elsewhere.
Ordered 5 bags, only received 4. Emailed the company twice, sent messages on TikTok, used their web form, rang them up and left a voicemail, and still no reply. Think that about sums it all up. Seems like they have a history of this, judging by the other reviews left.
Ordered 2 easyJet cases from this company but they sent me 2 Ryanair cases which had the incorrect dimensions for my upcoming trip. I tried to contact this company via email, phone, Instagram and TikTok but they did not respond to me. I have therefore been left with 2 cases that I cannot use and have had to purchase another suitable case from elsewhere.
Item arrived next day, no issues, case is fab. All good! Fit ryanair tester thingy and saved me from having to folk out on baggage fees. Would buy again.

Ordered two luggages, one turned out faulty and although it says that there are 12 months warranty, I have already message 3 times via web form and email since the chat is never available. The company didn't respond to any of the messages or acknowledged receipt of them after 3 weeks.
