Have been using Wowza for almost two years and loved its convenience and more importantly the TASTE! Fresh and prep food that is so much more delicious than chinese restaurants in London and so much cheaper too!

Excellent food, easy to order, easy to prepare, well delivered.

Well packed, arrive on named day, food easy to cook and tastes amazing. I’ve tried lots of the spicy meals and particularly like gong bao chicken, Dan Dan noodles, numbing fish and teriyaki chicken.

Easy ordering. Easy to follow instructions. Great tasting food.

I have ordered a couple of times and really like the dishes. The meals are authentic and always taste great. I amend the cooking instructions a bit to suit us and are great value.

You have to do so much work yourself, and the products are not top class. The sauces are very salty and our chicken was fatty. All in all a very poor experience at a high price.

Edit : I have updated my review due to the amazing customer service at Wowzabox. They sent us some more meals to try and they were all really good, even the one with a lot of aubergine, which I'm not a fan of, it was still tasty. Hakka chicken satay, not like any other satay I've had, very subtle flavours, my husband said he really liked this one. The Lychee prawns were just fantastic, we both loved the fruity sweet sauce, like a more sophisticated version of sweet & sour. I will leave my original review below but I can't fault Wowzabox's customer service, they went above and beyond to keep a happy customer!

Firstly the very short dates were a big problem for us, we wanted the food for two Birthdays close together but only one was within the two days. This seems a very short window in which to cook six meals plus rice. We had to freeze some items or they would have gone past their use-by date, this was not ideal as not everything was really suitable for freezing. (Wowzabox advised that cooking the meals and then freezing them would be a better idea, quite right!) Secondly, the chicken for the Yellow braised chicken was really not good, I cut out at least 8 big pieces of cartilage/bone/gristle and a few small pieces were found in the chicken while we were eating. Skin was left on some of the chicken, crispy chicken skin is a delight, flabby soft chicken skin is not! The chicken also smelled weird during cooking which put me off a bit. Thirdly, the lamb pieces for the Mongolian lamb stir-fry were not great, the bag that contained them had a lot of blood in it, (I was advised that this was due to the marinade) the finished dish looked a bit odd and the lamb was a bit chewy too, which my husband hates, but he did still eat it. Lastly, the Red Oil noodles were really delicious, chewy but not unpleasantly so, I highly recommend these.

The food arrived next day as advertised, was very easy to prepare and tasted phenomenal!

Brilliant food not Chinese takeaway but classic Chinese food that’s easy to make because they’ve prepared it for you! It’s a bit different for a dinner party which I used it for with family. It also arrived on time carefully packed no problems.

Wowza has become our go to instead of using Chinese Restaurants . We must have ordered at least thirty times, huge fans. The quality and authenticity is exceptional. Can't wait to see the new menu items.

Big fan of the Sichuan Numbing and Spicy Beef and Chongqing Chicken Pot but favourites are some of the veggie dishes, Emperor Cabbage Salad and Earth Umami Stir-fry.

Would love to see the range expand, some Thai or Vietnamese dishes maybe.

Beautifully packed, I ordered the food to arrive a day before I actually would cook it but it was no trouble at all. So well insulated, the video made everything very clear so that the written instructions became easy to use.

Well, what can I say? From the secure and very cold packaging to the washing up, our experience was faultless. So very easy to follow the instructions and minimal pots and pans to wash! The tasty dishes were amazing, like going out to our favourite Chinese restaurant 😋 We couldn't stop saying 'wow' all the way through the meal! We will definitely be ordering again, we are having friends over for dinner soon, my only dilemma? Do I pretend I slaved all day or tell the truth!! 😉 Truth wins! I want to enjoy a fabulous meal round at our friends house, I will be taking advantage of the 'refer a friend' offer. Thank you so much everyone at Wowzabox for an incredible evening 💕

Tried all recipe boxes out there and theee are great so far, easy to order, delivered on time, video instructions, quick and easy to cook, great portions and tastes fantastic

This is my second box of 5 meals each that I've ordered. The meals are super tasty, good quality ingredients and so fast and easy to prepare. If you do not like too much chilli, order up to 2 chilli strength meals (and I still removed chilli pips before cooking) 😂. I will continue to order from them. Delicious, good food.

Fab tasty food! We absolutely loved the Mongolian Lamb and the Sweet and Sour Aubergines. Easy to make, all instructions clear and excellent value for money. Still have a couple of dishes to eat over next couple of days but so far will definitely order again.
