We did order led lamps from them for total amount of 200.-EUR in June 2025 and until now (end of November 2025) we have nothing from them. E-mails they are not replying and money they also do not refund. So very sad to have such a bad experience. Hope once they will be punished for such stuff !

My ordered parts lost by FedEx in Memphis USA. I did send few rude E-Mails. Because no telephone answer and luck of response on E-Mails. But: All money returned on my account with no problems. Everything can happen in life. I’m apologizing for my not friendly messages. I don’t know about other cases, but my was resolved OK. Will try one more time to order something. Hopefully my opinion will be 100% Positive. Sorry again.

It seems that these are ordinary scammers. Do not buy from them !!!
I made a purchase with all their requirements, price + shipping.
I received a response on the same page that the purchase (WXP-1574) was successfully completed. After that, I could not get any information about my purchase. I did not receive any confirmation about it. When I log in to their website with my account, the section "My Orders" is empty. I sent them emails to several of their email addresses with the order number, asking what the problem was, I did not receive any response. In the end, I received an email from them asking me to pay additional shipping, three times more than what I had already paid. I canceled the order... now waiting...just to see if I would get a refund: I paid with my Revolut card directly to their account.
Judging by everything - these are ordinary scammers!!!
Advice to everyone who is in a similar situation - In addition to these reviews, you can also take some more important steps: you can report them to the Latvian Internet Fraud Police: find it on Latvian gov. web (how-report-police?). I am not allowed to list their exact website in the review.

Please do stay away from then, they're an offshore broker with absolute zero safety on your investment. Any investment you put there is almost as good as gone and the sad part of it is their broadcasters would totally blindside on that with lots of offers. However i'm glad they supported me I got my funds..

I made an order on 15/09/2024 and still not receive my order. I tried contact with the company but no one answers the telephone, also i have sent emails but no one aswers them too!! This company is a complete scan!! I just lost my money! Never trust them!!

Very long delivery time. I was determined to cancel the order but after several emails they finally managed to send the order. That's why they only have 3 stars in the reviews...

Overall great experience, however when you have two separate orders but the other one we ordered a bit later and asked to club both in one to reduce the shipping cost, they shipped it separately ! They could have paid attention to the request !

Exactly what I ordered. It took about 10 days before the parts were shipped across europe. Point of critique is that I was unable to find my order' status via the website and didn't receive a response on my email.

Paid for express delivery and it wasnt delivered if was express. First email bounce back from seller then when I had a email of confirmation from them I was then able to reply to them they wouldnt allow to cancel the order and having problems them responding for return and refund even though I have a 14 day customer right for this! I wouldnt trust them or buy feom them
