The support has been second to none as well, I had a problem with my license key not registering and they fixed it right away on all of my sites. The plugin previously known as WP Automatic has been rebranded as AIPublish.com. Unfortunately, instead of offering an upgrade or honoring previous purchases, they’re forcing users to repurchase the "new" product.

This is a shady business practice. I’d recommend avoiding it, as there's a good chance they'll find more ways to exploit customers in the future—just like they did before.

I am currently using the WPAutomatic plugin for several businesses, and I am very satisfied not only with the product itself but also the exceptional customer service that I consistently experience. I have reached out to customer service on several occasions with complex questions in the capability of the WPAutomatic plugins, and seeking assistance on how to perform certain functions with WPAutomatic. The customer service team went above and beyond to walk me through many steps in order to help me. I want to thank the customer service team specifically for always being so responsive and going above and beyond to help out customers.

I am using the plugin for an automatic Facebook to Worpdress post publishing and it works just great. There are plenty of settings you can customize the "campaign" to fit your needs.

Only thing I miss is an automatic update in Wordpress, but it has been promised there will be a notification implemented soon.

The aftersale support is also on high level.
