I researched alot of configurators for my woocommerce store, blumsafe.com, and this was the best, most flexible, by far. Ashu and Cielo are as much like management consultants as anything else, talking about UX and ways to really optimize this thing during the sale stage. On top of that, they do customization work for you, as well as working up your photo layers -- the most challenging part for you if you need a sophisticated multi-layer configuration routine like BlumSafe and lack in-house resources and want the most professional result. Once you go the custom route with them like I did, while more expensive than just buying a plugin (as you can do with everyone else -- as well as wpconfigurator), I found that I got exactly what I wanted, and now my developer knows enough and has the right templates designed to add new products easily. I found commmunication and responsiveness to be fantastic.

Our website (caro-line nl) allows customers to configure baby gifts. Not finding any proper plugins that supported our requirements, we decided to develop our own solution on top of Wordpress/Woocommerce. A complex and labour intensive approach.
Looking at multiple product configurator plugins, WP Configurator Pro was the only one that seemed to cover our needs. Interacting with sales was an extremely positive experience. Questions where answered quickly and responses reflected a deep understanding of our requirements and technical expertise.
Since a few weeks we started migrating our products one by one to a combination of WP Configurator Pro plugins. The user interface and documentation make it easy to achieve almost al our goals. Whenever we are not able to do so, the company's support team has been a great help up to the point where they actually created a prototype for us.

I realise that the text above almost sounds like a sales pitch, but it is merely showing our enthusiasm.

We use WP Configurator on configurator.senzati.com and it’s been a really solid solution for building complex, user friendly product configurators.

From a development point of view, it offers a huge amount of flexibility without fighting WordPress. The logic, conditional rules, pricing layers and visual outputs are all well thought through, which makes it possible to build quite advanced setups without resorting to heavy custom code.

What really stands out is the end user experience. Clients can genuinely configure their own products in a way that feels intuitive and responsive, rather than clunky or over engineered. That balance between power and usability is not easy to get right, but WP Configurator does it well.

I bought the plugin december 2024 and had alot of problems with it. It may be my setup or that i bought in in a middle of an update period for woocommerce, wordpress etc.

They went far to help me out and was outstanding when it came to support and detailed responses.

Unfortunately we couldn't find a solution that made it to work since when one thing was fixed the next problem showed up.

They refunded me after they (and i) tried to solve the problems.

I'm a bit sad since the plugin looks really awesome and does everything i need.

I’ve been using WPConfigurator, and honestly, it’s been great. It’s really easy to set up, and you can customize just about anything. Whenever I’ve needed help, the support team has been quick to respond. If you need a solid tool for product configurators, this one’s a winner.

I hate to have to go through this way to get an answer, but I don't have any other way. I've been waiting for more than two weeks to get an answer for a support ticket.
I've been having an issue with WP configurator, paid the licence for the second year and tried to contact the support :
- Submitted 3 different tickets, I still have no answer
- Talked to people on the chat, they told me that that my ticket will be addressed soon (still waiting)
- Contacted the CEO : Josu Sanz Uriz on LinkedIn (no answer for a week). He seems to be more focused on his wellbeing that maintaining his business

I don't know how to get an answer from this company (last year the product worked well, and the support team was a bit slow to answer but I at least got an answer).

What should I do ? Spam every post on the CEO's Linkedin ? Open 10 support tickets everyday ? If this review doesn't get me an answer, maybe I will try this ...

Please get back to me, I'm desperate, I hate that I have to go through this canal to get in touch with WP configurator but I don't see any other way... I'm willing to remove this awful review because I like the product when it works well, I've built 4 products with it, but now my customer business depends on it and when there is a bug and no one can help it can be very frustrating.
