If I could give them 10 stars I would! Literally the best support ever, every time I use WP Fix It. I've been using their services quite often as I am not an expert with technical website stuff and they solve my problems within minutes. Yes, literally MINUTES. They're so quick, friendly, and knowledgeable... like I really love WP Fix It.

I installed WP Forms Lite but it wasn't working. The submitted data was not going to my email address (or anywhere else). It seemed that I needed to install some sort of STMP thing but I had no idea how to do it.

Honestly, I was suspicious. I have been burned by so many people claiming to be a WordPress expert. The service was VERY fast and accomplished a task I have spent hours trying to resolve. I am grateful and will certainly return for more help in the future.

Take note: beware this unethical business that threatens its customers if they are unhappy with their service. Be sure to check their BBB profile which has been renamed to Wordpress Fixed Now. And trust the other negative reviews.

Ths site I was updating to wp 6 crashed. Contacted WP Fix-It and the site was up and running again in under 5 minutes. Which is extremely important to my client's business.

The service I paid for was for correcting an issue not identifying the cause which leaves me unsure of how to proceed but thankful it is functional.

Our website was experiencing technical troubles with our cart not storing customers items, we reached out to WPFIXIT who are our go to source for technical support. We opened an emergency ticket and Landen the support agent had the issue resolved in 15 minutes!

If you have a wordpress site or operate some for your clients, I would always recommend WPFIXIT as your emergency bandaid, 99% of the time they can fix it quicker than if I tried it myself and for incredibly cheap rates!
