WPForms prompt support
WPForms support responses have been prompt. Always responding on the first weekday if the ticket was submitted at off hours. On occasion they gave a response during off hours.
Their support people have understood my issues without having to explain it repeatedly after being upgraded to some higher support level like some other s/w vendors will do.

I had a technical question relating to our web forms, web hooks and integrating to our CRM. I found Mike K to be very pleasant, thorough and he kindly logged into my system remotely, and sent me a video walkthrough clearly explaining what I needed to know. Rather than leave it at that, he went the extra mile and told me why and tips to avoid/best practise so I was left not only with a solution but also feeling more informed and educated about this for when I need to do more integration.

Help with conditional logic
We have a really long employment application on our site and I needed help with the conditional logic that creates an accordion effect to shorten it up. Cannot Run My Website without WPForms

The Ultimate Plugin for Contact Forms
I have been using WPForms Pro for a few years now, and I can confidently say that it is the ultimate plugin for anyone who needs to send contact forms from their WordPress blog.
I’ve tried many, even paid ones, but none are as effective, organized, and intuitive as WPForms.
Additionally, with the appropriate add-on, you can send newsletter sign-ups directly to your preferred CRM (I use AWeber) and even set up a payment method.
I have no financial interest in writing this positive review; I’m simply sharing my thoughts.
