Helpful and efficient
I have been using this company for a few years. Adrian, the manager, has always been very helpful and has been answering my emails very promptly. At my requests, Adrian always allocates Sebastian, a senior engineer, to help me with my heating and plumbing needs. Sebastian is knowledgeable, turns up on time and finishes his work efficiently and leaves my property clean.

My experience of WPJ Heating was first class and could not have been better. I chose them at random after 2 previous companies had let me down. They were friendly, courteous and highly efficient. They arrived within 90 minutes. 40 minutes later they had solved the problem. Their charges were competitive. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Hi Aidan, yes we found problems with the condition and integrity of the boiler flue. We followed safety procedures as per the Gas Safe regulations. I'm sorry you were not happy with the outcome. As a gesture of good will we have reimbursed your initial charge.

So after checking cctv
My daughters car and wifes car was on the drive and unless your guy drives a postman’s van no one came to my door that day and with 2 people in all day with a dog there is not a chance we missed someone at the door
I don’t miss phone calls nature of my job no calls go unanswered or replied to within minutes.

Yes, how could he leave a review on works we have not undertaken
Engineer has a no access verified by myself on the 5th May
The engineer called the client twice when outside, I have a screenshot of his call logs from his phone
He called me to advise there was a house window open and 2 cars on the drive - Black people carrier and a black Nissan car
I also called the client and did not get an answer
We even parked the van in front of the drive before knocking on the door
As it was a no access and his last job we asked him to go get his van cleaned
Quick response was very helpful
