Very good service!

As this was my first foray into the world of hobby RC, I took considerable time to research various options before settling on the WPL C54 RTR. I decided to enhance my purchase with upgrades for both the axle and motor to elevate my experience further.

I chose to buy directly from the WPL website, largely due to their thorough and transparent information regarding shipping to India. Their clear communication helped me navigate the process with ease and set realistic expectations.

True to their commitment, the product arrived within the promised 10-day timeframe, which was impressive. The quality of the C54 RTR exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the vehicle's construction and the performance of the upgraded axle and motor were outstanding.

Additionally, the online guides provided by WPL for the upgrades were exceptionally clear and helpful. They made the installation process straightforward and enjoyable. To anyone that reads this don't use the grease that comes with the metal drive shafts it will crystalis and break your drive on your wpl not going to buy from wpl again.

I have been a WPL customer for many years. My most recent order was in July for the new D14. As always I got it from the WPL official store. It arrived fast, in one piece and it is awesome! I can't tell you how many endless hours of fun these trucks have brought to me! I love the scale details and quality of their RCs but the part that keeps me coming back to the official store to purchase is the customer service, it is top notch. They are fast to reply and resolve any issues at all.

I have made over 40 purchases of WPL products through the Official Store.
These have all been positive and straightforward transactions, in the VERY FEW instances that there have been minor issues (broken or missing parts) WPL have worked to resolve these quickly and effectively. I am very happy with the quality of the products supplied, the packaging used and the shipping services employed.

Tried ordering an rc all seemed well item shipped in 1 day(seems pretty quick for over seas purchase but ok). Fast forward 3 days tracking info was failing to load so I reloaded the page and info about 4 time. Finally the shipping info came up and stated it'd be delivered the next day. Next day comes and goes(not gonna lie I forgot about it). 7 days after purchasing I get a notice alert that item is being shipped back to China. So like anyone I contact the company get a ticket(not sure what it is guess its kinda like ebay) email saying I've made a ticket and it's being reviewed. Two mins later another email comes in and has a link to their FAQ. I check it out and notice they have one labeled customs duty which seems to match my issue. I click it and read it and to my surprise they basicly say if customs holds your item your responsible for paying which could be higher than the rc's value. Not only that but once it ships its your problem. They then say your supposed to put in the special sellers note that you want to pay that but it's not listed anywhere before or after purchasing just in the FAQ. Then I read their return policy which states you have 30 days to return it keep in mind their average shipping time is 2.5 weeks so 17.5 days. So if you were to receive a defective item it wouldn't make it back to them in time unless you paid expedite shipping which is very costly for just a simple toy. Long story short I feel this is a scam 1) item shipped too fast for standard shipping as it would take at least 2 weeks to get to the USA from china. 2) the return policy is setup in a way that you'd basicly never make the return deadline. Will be shopping else where from now on and I highly recommend you do the same.

Was really dubious about purchasing from here as there’s not many reviews, shipping took a few weeks but when I purchased the car I knew there would be a delay as stated on the website, my husband is made up with the car, it’s arrived a couple of days after xmas, looks great works well and was a decent price!

I haven't been a wpl person for long but I love the trucks and stuff the only thing wrong is I connected a bigger battery to test the board to see if it could handle it and found out the hard way it fried a chip for the steering lol but that's ok cuz I'm upgrading the truck. I definitely will be getting more rc stuff from them.

I received my D12 RC truck from WPL direct from China, no issues there. The gearbox was really noisy and the rear axle partially locked. I contacted WPL about it who asked me to send a video, I didn't have the facility to do that but then heard nothing at all, I left a disgruntled comment on their Facebook page which did get there attention and I was accused of slander - false of course as for it to be slander it has to be lies. Since then I have still heard nothing whatsoever, so I'm left with a car that I have to somehow repair myself. Now I know why they don't accept PayPal, this should have been the first warning sign. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
