Techs are always great and conistant
Techs are always great. This is the only reason I stay with the company. I have never experienced smart techs who can solve all 24/7. This keeps me as a client and I will never leave unless this changes.

Dishonest membership pricing
I been member of this platform more than 5 years. I witnessed their business model and focus changed from multisite to currently support + hosting.
I decided to terminate membership (agency level) due to I personally found their pricing is dishonest. Renewal pricing is so much more expensive than new user and they never stated at their website, luring new users thought it's yearly renewal pricing but in fact it was only for new user.
