They are a scam and cannot be trusted with passwords. The good reviews on sites are from their employees. For example, below "Roy Jones" who is the manager.

Their address listed on their website is a "mini storage warehouse" which makes "No sense", they were unable to provide any support when I called them and had very poor knowledge and understanding of WordPress.
WP Official also tried guiding us wrong, support person told us that our website was hacked but it was just an out-dated plugin due to which our website was not working (We got to know this later from our hosting company), We felt really cheated!

We had our wordpress site hacked issue and we contacted couple of companies to get that resolved. We tried total 4 companies out of which 3 assured and quoted the time and price and we paid to first 2 but after paying and waited for a week times for both the issue didn't got resolved at all now we were in the extra pain of getting refund what we paid. After almost 45 days struggle and tried and researched for best WordPress support company we found wpofficialsupport dot com and they resolved the hacked issue in just 3 days at very affordable price. They are the best 5 stars.
