SCAM ! No support. No help. They are openly scamming !

I ordered a "Wovie php theme" + "installation service" but those b*st*rd people were wasting my 24hr at first. Later then started replying but it was of no use.

They sold me a "Broken" theme. Wovie theme was not working. It was broken and useless!

They told me various excuses! They asked me, "send images from PC", "how are you adding stuff and all". They were basically scamming me, but showing themselves as Genuine!???

Please don't waste your precious money! They are scam ! They will not help you They will blame you and nothing will happen.

This website is nothing but a scam. I bought "workreap" theme from their website. And I couldn't even upload theme demo.

No customization, neither any support. After customizing anything on the theme an error pops up.

After I tried reaching out to them, they put absolutely no effort in solving my problem. In fact, they just replied back with a link to their FAQ's, and my question was not even listed there.

Came here to write this review, so no other person end up losing their money like me.

I also bought Elementor. Which is a little outdated but is working fine until now.

Tldr: I do not recommend buying from this store. However, If you're in dire need of a premium plugin that you can't afford, you can try them. BUT NEVER BUY A THEME FROM THIS STORE!!!

Best thing of this site is they provide free support. I recommend this gpl site than others.

Websites like this often use a stupid payment system like Paddle.net. Your transaction will be held for a few days before processing. When you will contact them, they will say that it's locked for security reasons. they will require some time to process! seriously?

How ridiculous? We are using MasterCard worldwide and buying numerous themes, plugins, and hosting services. I never faced such a bad condition before.

Be careful before buying anything from WEBSHOP.XYZ. Try to find a better alternative. I don't want anybody to get pissed off like me.

No licence with the product, it s look a big sheet !
