they do not update plugins anymore and do not react to my support questions although i have emailed them several times and also filled in contact form, so be careful with ordering.
Plugin not working - instead of generating watermarks, it generates a critical error, which leaves customers without product and storeowners with a lot of aftersales trouble.. never again
I have bought a BackupBuddy licence from them. Later I found out, that the plugin only allows backups to cloud services once you have a proper licence code. WPspring doesn't supply this code. I wrote several emails to their support, asked for refund - no reaction. Better don't buy from them!

Just to clarify, all of the software we offer is open source just like WordPress. Licenses are sold by the original developer for add on services such as support and automatic updates. We do provide updates as released which can be applied manually from within WP-Admin but we are not able to distribute license keys as that violates the terms of service of the developer.
While we don't generally provide refunds for digital purchases, we do appreciate how frustrating it can be when something doesn't work as you expected, and in such cases, we're happy to offer an exchange for something else that we offer. And of course, we generally do offer refunds if you can prove that you've purchased a license from the original developer. Hope that's helpful!

Please stay away from this website. They have plugins that claim to do one thing, but when you install them, they do nothing as their description. When asking for a refund, they say they do not provide refunds.
DO NOT buy from these guys!

Claims to sell the same Version of Slider Revolution as the standard seller. You dont get a purchase code though, which makes Slider Revolution worthless. They did not want to give me my money back. So im guessing they basically sell nulled Versions of the originals. Dont purchase from this website.
