Honestly the worst repair experience we have ever had, we have had over five visits in the course of four weeks and still no resolution.
Some of the staff that we speak to are incredibly rude and so completely lack understanding and respect for our diaries and rescheduling. We have received texts last minute for slots we told them we can’t make, we get zero actual input into when the engineers will come in, and the slot they provide is 12 hours long, so you have no flexibility around their attendance.
It’s genuinely been a horrible customer service experience and we are left feeling burnt out and still with no resolution.

Just want to say customer service are amazing. Called this morning with a repair delivery which had been cancelled but I managed to book day off work and a lovely lady called teigan helped me and managed to slot me back in for repair today. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I do not have a good word to say about this company. The engineer came in with his thermometer, aimed it in the frost free American Hisense fridge/freezer, checked the food and tested the fridge and freezer controls. My thermometer in the freezer was showing -27 to -11. He needed to check we hadn't tried to fiddle it. Because it happened to be running at -19 at the time he looked, he has reported no fault. The frosty food in the freezer says otherwise. This is my 2nd engineer. 1st one was from a different company. It seems that these engineers either lack knowledge, or advised what they are or are not allowed to do.

Took too long to organise the fitting of a sensor on a dishwasher and now, 3 to 4 months after, it's not working again.

I would give 0 starts if I could. Paid £219 for a visit has emails and text confirming it will be today 25th Sept. Called them as I had not heard anything to be told the only appoint they have is 6th Oct! Need a refund now.

Engineer arrived at the property,spent 5 minutes,didn’t fix the problem.
I reported the issue,he came second time,same thing again,spent 5 minutes in the property and done absolutely nothing.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Dishwasher stopped working, live in Central London and don't have a parking slot or a car. I advised Customer Service the nearest parking is 5-10 minute walk and she 100% guaranteed to me that this wouldn't be a problem. and that the driver always works in London and would know where to park and it wouldn't be a problem!!
Driver phones, I tell him about the 2 conversations I've had with Customer Service about parking and that I offered to meet at the nearest parking to pay and that he could leave his tools at the property so he didn't have to carry them and he refused.
I understand the engineer, but this just means the Customer Service agent lied through her teeth knowingly to get me off the phone.
How are you supposed to help the majority of London addresses which don't have a car or car parking....
I guess my brand new Lamona dishwasher will just remain unused forever!

Terrible engineer. Had him visit 3 times , absolutely useless no longer than 10 mins did he spend. Wasn’t bothered about the vids pics I had & kept blaming his company about not receiving the right info to do the job

Customer Services were brilliant with my case. They made sure that all important details of my wellbeing were reported onto the system - I'm disabled. They were polite and courteous.
My engineer Abdul was fantastic. He explained the work that needed to be carried out, explained the cause of the problem and how he was going to fix it. Again, Abdul was polite and respectful towards myself and my property. Abdul is efficient at his job. Thank you Abdul.

Abdul was so promt and fixed my dyer with a smile and gave me tips on how to remove the lint, he removed his shoes which was so kind of him without being asked and was very respectfully amd phoned to give me an update to how many people are in front of me before he arrived. I fully recommend this company's services.

What a terrible experience. 108.00 to come to see my dish washer. The repair man was polite . Left after approx 5 minutes. 4 days letter had a text message saying the case is closed. Unable to repair as the parts are obsolete . I called hoover and they are not obsolete. A complete rip off
