Company follow up is great

Company follow up is great! The solar powered motion activated animal repellent have bee successful in reducing the squirrels and birds digging in our mulch but more importantly has eliminated our resident coyote who showed up every night. We ordered 3 of these and placed as directed. We are very happy with the result and the company has been very thorough with their follow through on making sure we were happy with the purchase.

I bought hidden cameras

I bought hidden cameras. However, the hidden cameras require them to be plugged in at all times. How can you hid a camera with a long cord attached. I requested a return and full refund 4 times so far and I’m met with we send you 1/2 and you can have 1/2 in store credit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A FAIR RETURN. Major ripoffs!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THE 30Tb SSDs!

Wish I didn't have to give even 1 star. 30Tb SSD is mostly unreadable once pictures were copied to it (< 3Gb total of pictures). Either got 'sorry, we can't read that type of file' or 'directory either does not exist or is corrupt'. Windows disk manager want to repair the drive almost every time I plug it in. Unfortunately, I have gone past my 30-day return period, so I am out $90. I knew this deal was "too good to be true!"

Wrapango has contacted me last week about this issue and has refunded my purchase price on the item. I thank them for that. They made the gunine effort to satisfy their customer (in this case me).

Scam...pretty sure it is!

Ordered a two-pack of RP WFE GE fridge water filters. First one seemed to work fine, but indicator said it needed to be replaced after only six weeks. Normally, they're supposed to last up to six months! So, I tried to install the second one and all heck broke loose. It leaked; the indicator light did not go off; and, I had to put the old one back in.
I did email their customer service and haven't heard back. Also, I tried calling two customer service numbers (one with a 703 area code & another a 651 area code) neither one worked!
I do believe they are scammers. Guess I should've checked Trustpilot before I ordered! So, I'll order a new one from a reputable site/store.
BTW, I understand we live in a global-economy world, but I checked and Wrapango is headquartered in Bulgaria. Hmmmm....

In my opinion they are scammer and fraudsters.

In my opinion they are scammer and fraudsters. 16 T SSD drive did not work. And now they want a video of a not working item. While they did give a standard reply. They also stated our policy requires a video of the item not working. Preposterous and obfuscation making it impossible to comply.

camera's that are junk and no customer support

Bought 2 camera's. One had the wrong power cord and the memory card was stuck inside. The other one has a memory card that won't stay in. I thought they where battery powered and they are not. It should say that in the description, but it doesn't. The company wanted to give me a discount on my next purchase. I told them that I wanted to send them back. They now are not having any communication with me.

SCAM!!!!

Do not buy from them! Their products are not legitimate! I bought a 3pack of “GE” water filters. They were not correct and didn’t work In my GE fridge. When I went to write a review under them they are magically no longer carrying them. I have contacted them for a refund…. No response. I’m going to my credit card company.

The customer service is phenomenal

The customer service is phenomenal. There was a delay in shipping and getting me the product on time. They offer me an additional item of the same product at no additional cost or a full refund. I took the additional product and I got both exactly at the same time. Customer service was very helpful and great at reaching back out to me to let me know the status of my order on the daily bases. I love every bit of it. They are truly a great company and get the job done well.

Here's the latest on these thieves!

This "company" is a real piece of work! Over the last NINE WEEKS, they have provided conflicting "tracking" info, refunded 20% of the order to BE ALLOWED TO STEAL THE OTHER 80%! (such a deal). NOW they're saying "since it's been in transit for a couple weeks, we'll give you a 50% discount".....TO BE ALLOWED TO STEAL THE OTHER 50%! These thieves just can't quit! But they HAVE offered me, variously 30%, then 20%, now 50% disc on my NEXT order! These crooks have some really big brass ones!
Turns out the portable hard-drive at the too good to be true price is likely not really 8tb, but a 32gb stick in an enclosure anyway.
Run, do not walk away from dealing w/Wrapango!

Don't be stupid!

Why, why, why didn't I read these reviews before ordering??!! I always research the 'too good to be true' online deals!

Same exact experience as many others... these are not real RFPWE water filters, don't have the RFID tag, and are therefore useless. I asked their customer service if the tag was present (AFTER I'd ordered- stupid mistake). They told the truth, nope, no tag. But would they stop the shipment? Nope, impossible to do, told me to just wait for delivery then process the refund.

I tried to remove the RFID tag from the old filter as per a Wrapango instruction. Ha! Be aware that GE obviously is protecting their product quality, and is using a permanent adhesive to keep the tags from being transferred. No way to remove one without damaging it. Don't get me wrong, GE is ultimately responsible for this scam because of their inflated price for a simple water filter. Protecting IP is necessary, but GE is protecting what must be a huge profit margin on these filters.

Having said all this, I do have to ask myself one question... Since these filters are obviously knock-offs from China, they haven't been certified by UL, so do you trust the quality of the water?

Update (1 week later).
I added a star because Wrapango actually refunded my money quickly and with no hassles. The fact Wrapango didn't require me to return the filters tells me they are really cheap knock-offs. I stand by my question about the water quality these may produce.

I purchased to GE water filters (RWFPE)…

I purchased to GE water filters (RWFPE) for my french door refrigerator. After waiting nearly a month for delivery I received and installed them. The whole water dispensing function immediately went into lockdown. I called my repairperson and they explained these filters are knock offs and don't contain the RFID chip that allows them to work. Had to buy another filter at hardware store and now it works fine. I have tried to contact company but nor response!
