Avoid if You Value Your Time and Money

As both a driver and an installer, I’ve had enough of Wrapify.

They constantly delay payments, misplace submitted photos, and act like it's your fault. I’ve submitted full documentation multiple times, only for them to claim they “didn’t receive it.” It’s a recurring issue and not just a one-off.

The app is full of bugs, crashes often, and tracking is unreliable — making it a nightmare for drivers trying to stay active or hit campaign requirements.

Worst of all, they hide behind email. Good luck getting anyone to answer a phone call or call you back. Their “support” system does not exist...

If you're a driver or installer looking to make real money or run a legit operation...look elsewhere. Wrapify will waste your time and test your patience.

Driver beware of things that sound too…

Driver beware of things that sound too easy or too good to be true. I did a campaign with this company and quickly discovered how unorganized and unprofessional this company is. Onboarding was fine, but after that, working with this business became a bit of a hassle.

My install date was set in advance at an installer 30 mins away from my home. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was told by the installer that the wrap for my vehicle was not delivered. This was not a big deal in itself; I rescheduled for another day.

The installer did a visual inspection of my vehicle prior to the install to note any areas of damage. I pointed out a small dimple and a scratch on the vehicle but no notes were made to the inspection form. I was simply asked to sign it, which I did.

About forty minutes later I received multiple texts and voicemails from a Wrapify member letting me know that the wrap was delivered after I left asking me to go back to the shop for the install. One text or email would have been sufficient; multiple calls asking me to take more time out of my day due to an issue on their end was overwhelming and made it seem like they didn’t have their systems organized.

Pay structure and timing, which is outlined in their onboarding information, was not followed and at least twice over the course of my campaign I had to reach out to correct my pay, which was short.

They did correct the pay eventually but getting it done was a hassle and took more of my time.

When my wrap was removed, I was notified by the installer that some paint came off of my vehicle. He told me to contact Wrapify and that they would reimburse me for the damage.

I submitted photos and described the damage followed by numerous email follow ups due to lack of response from Wrapify.

When they did respond, they told me that the areas that were damaged had previously been repainted that were noted by the installer.

I replied with my copy of the inspection report which showed no mention of this. I was not aware of any repainted spots on my vehicle due (I am the second owner.) If the installer had informed me that my car had areas that were repainted, I would NOT have gone through with the wrap, knowing that it could damage the paint.

I am still waiting for a reply from that email which was send on March 4th, 2025 and I have not received any money to cover the damages.

I would never work for this company again based on how they handle their business and I would not recommend anyone else do so.

Wrapify has to be the worst company to…

Wrapify has to be the worst company to ever work for. You can never directly speak to them only through messages, which tells me that they’re a bunch of cowards who hide behind a laptop and lie! Will be suing them for false information.

My new car was damaged

I wrapped my car last year June 9, 2023 trying to make some extra money. I got my car unwrapped September 22, 2023 and the company who unwrapped my car ‘Central Auto’ in New Jersey left my car with paint removed in multiple places. I had just gotten my car earlier that year in February 2023 and I still have yet to have this issue resolved or receive compensation to the damage of paint on my car. I was emailing just recently with representatives named Sarah, Rose and Trevor Denmond but I have yet to resolve my issue and it’s been over a year now. I WOULD NEVER DO ANOTHER WRAPPING WITH WRAPIFY AGAIN.

Not many campaigns but that’s fine. It’s the weird tracking and customer service that cause concerns

I have no complaints about the lack of campaigns but the app is so unreliable. Am I getting the miles properly tracked? Is payment correct? They’re pretty generous I think but can’t confirm everything is accurate on my end.

And NOW, my app says vehicle is not connected which has never happened before. I emailed for help and they said my vehicle won’t connect until there’s an active campaign but they asked that I drive around so the app knows where I go and will set me up with a campaign when available. So…the app isn’t connected but will know where I drive and track miles for future campaign enrollment? Hmmm. Doesn’t seem likely so not thrilled about customer service. Prior to this I’d have given a much higher rating. Now, however…

Best company for side hustle

Tried with Wrapify, they give you clear instructions on where and how to perform the swarms tasks. If you drive a lot, I definitely recommend try with them

It was effortless driving for wrapify

It was effortless driving for wrapify.

It was easy to make an appointment to get my vehicle wrap added and removed. I wish the driving boundaries were wider as I drove in many major cities in the state often, but that drive time didn't count. I also think there should be bonuses for driving during prime or peak hours of the day i.e. morning and evenings rush

Inaccurate pay tracking tool and long wait times to resolve pay errors

I noticed that the money I was accruing was fluctuating to throughout the day. I took screenshots to prove it. It would say I made $10 then it would drop to $8 or lower. It did this multiple times. I also had an error in my pay that took months to resolve. I didn't get the funds until nearly 3 months after the campaign ended. And only because i kept escalating it.

There have not been any great coverage…

There have not been any great coverage in the routes i drive on a daily bases, if I drive the same routes to and from my weekly job the rates did vary.

I did have some issues with the app not…

I did have some issues with the app not tracking my car correctly but when I contacted customer service they were always helpful and resolved any issues quickly. Any time I had questions and needed to contact them they are always able to answer my questions the same day or the following day.

The customer service is outstanding
