I have made about ten purchases from them and below I will list the positive and negative aspects.
Positive aspects: they are the most patient people in the world, I fill them with emails every day, I have even asked 30 questions in the same day and they always respond quickly and cordially, I would not have been able to be so patient, I am honest.
The prices are always the lowest, the fast shipping and the 3 year guarantee is a plus.
Negative aspects: impossible to stop with the purchases (this part is written by my bank account and my partner).

Very good experience
Ordered on Black Friday but someone else was faster. Still got the item for the same price on backorder. Clear communication and options. They even added some goodies to make up for the wait (the waiting time was out of their hands as it was not due to them but to the supplier). All is well that ends well!
