A simple purchase of a replacement UV lamp. A good price. Ordered yesterday, delivered 09:30am today. An excellent courier service: I knew what was happening and when, it was handed to me within ten minutes of the one hour time slot.
I had been purchasing from Anglian Pumping Services Ltd, who continue to advertise 'free delivery' but choose not to honour it.
Unfortunately one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. I am sure that they are perfectly capable of selling goods, however when there is an issue they have used every possible excuse to avoid replacing a product that was defective when sold. No matter how much I have tried to work with them they have just made further excuses. Please do not purchase anything of real value from them as you will most likely end up in legal proceedings if anything goes wrong.

Having never had to repair a water softener I found the advice from Wrekin Water invaluable, the parts arrived the next day and having listened to the advice the softener was up and running in no time.
The parts were of good quality, and well packaged.
After receiving appalling and inexcusable advice and lack of service from another WaterSoftener company I found Wrekin Water Softeners.
Spoke to Paul regarding my failed Harvey Twin Tank and he advised that the resin in the tank(s) is affected by chlorine in the water supply and over time it expands causing the softener to block and prevent water flow.
From the symptoms I gave he suggested this was the case and put my mind at ease with regards to the simplicity of emptying old resin and re-filling with their replacement product.
A few hours in the garden flushing out the old resin, re-fill with new, re-fit and the unit was back to it's former glory. Cost of resin £73 saving a whopping £900 over the purchase of a replacement softener.
