Cost 180$ to misdiagnose my car. Mechanic put no work into the diagnosis. Was only at my house for 20 minutes before he left, and 10 of that was talking to me. Will not get back to me via phone or email about a refund. I want my money back.

Canceled on me at last minute

Texted within 10m of appointment stating they cannot make it. Very unprofessional. I'm glad they at least informed me rather than no-call-no-show, but unfortunate they do not have a back up mechanic in case the scheduled mechanic has some sort of emergency (giving the benefit of the doubt). I will change my star rating if they show up for rescheduled appointment.

Not reliable when in need of a quick solution.

Not reliable when in need of a quick solution.
My Jeep was out a whole week for them to tell us in the end that it wasn't going to be covered by our extrended warranty. They told us it would only take 24-48hrs. We keep calling after the 48hrs and no one knew anything so we waited more than a week for them to tell us "oh yeah this is not covered" and they knew this with in the first 24hrs but failed to notified us!

Had a scheduled appointment and I had to take off work for them to show up. Waited all morning and then at the last minute the technician sends me a text message and canceled the appointment. Not only did I miss out on money by missing work but my car never got looked at or fixed!

Dont hold your breath

Wrench offers convenient service because you dont have to take your car to a shop. However, they lack communication. Their office people set appointments for you that the mechanics cant work around. They cancel on you last minute.

My car had 3 issues. The mechanic came and fixed 2 of them, said they would be back to fix the other problem. That was 3 weeks ago and I still havent heard anything from them.

Incredibly Unprofessional!

The appointment was missed after waiting several days for it. The mechanic NEVER reached out to me and I had to dig through my appointment information to find a number to reach him at, to which, he then says his first appointment ran late and he would not make it to me at all. This was at 11am and my appointment was scheduled for 8-10:30am. I know his day did not end at 12-2pm assuming his other job ran that late even. So why was I completely skipped? Why didnt he reach out in the first place? Why did he have no number to call for customer service? Why did I cal them to find out they merged with some other company and I’d have to have another person call me to then say “we dont have any appointments for the rest of the week.”

All of this was incredibly unprofessional and they didnt even try to resolve it with me. I was pushed aside and treated as “less than”. Cars are very important and to not only miss my appointment, not inform me of this, not have ANY appointments for the week (I wanted something that day of course.) and considering that if -I- had missed the appointment they’d have charged me $50 this is horrible customer service.

Totally unprofessional company

Totally unprofessional company. I had to go to the ER this morning by ambulance. We sent a text to their conformation that we needed to reschedule. When I got out of the ER I see this text message "Thank you for eating my time and gas. enjoy th rest of your day. So obviously this must happen a lot to them and they do not care why you were unable to make the appointment and just assume the worse. I guess they just reallly need the $150 czancelation fee tha they charged me. Find a better company.

I don’t recommend. Not proficient

I scheduled an appointment to get my CRV’s serpentine belt replaced. The mechanic found that water pump is also seized and needs to be replaced. I agreed to that and asked him to do the job. However, the mechanic was not proficient to do that job so he told that I need to schedule another appointment with master mechanic and charged me $150 for cancellation. I asked the customer service that it’s not my fault and I am ready for the repair work but since their mechanic is not proficient why would I be charged for that. They didn’t listen anything and charged $150 cancellation fee. I don’t recommend wrench mobile mechanic.

Terrible company

Although Wrench, Inc. Is convenient. People should be aware of how they work. I had a mechanic work on my vehicle in June. He broke a part on my car and couldn't fix it. That's fine.

I was working with my car warranty to pay for the charges. During the time my car was down, I obviously couldn't drive it so I had to get a rental. My warranty company can't reimburse me for the rental due to not receiving an invoice from the Wrench, Inc.. My warranty company has called them multiple times without a response. I've been calling multiple times. Because the invoice is still open, I have to wait for a call back. That's fine, if someone actually called back. It's now about 5 months later and I still haven't received a call back or a simple invoice. Sounds fishy. If I don't hear back soon, I will be forced to take them to court for the cost of my rental. This company is an unnecessary headache for convenience.

Pathetic company

I had my concerns, but gave wrench.com a chance solely out of convenience. My appointment for Friday at 12:45 was verified on Tuesday. The next few days I got a series of emails letting me know I would be charged the full amount if I cancel my appointment within 48 hours of the appointment date/time. I was ready and waiting on Friday when I received a text at 12:37, 5 minutes before my appointment, stating the mechanic couldn't make it and to call and reschedule. I called to ensure there would be no rescheduling and made sure they destroyed any personal information and CC info they had on me and warned there would be a lawsuit if they try to charge me, or any subsequent questionable charges showed on my account. This company clearly does not give a damn about their clientele. The individual I spoke with at 1-855-347-2779 was aloof, arrogant and essentially a jerk (and that is being kind). He clearly did not give a damn about the fact that I had changed and canceled things I had to do and provided no reason they did not honor the appointment. Please people, read these reviews. I wish I would have. This is a fraudulent company. Do yourself a favor. Take the extra time and go to an honorable, legitimate service repair station. I sure as hell wish I had.

Do not use this company under any…

Do not use this company under any circumstances. I paid $800 for starter replacement on my truck last year, starter lasted for 13 months. I called and the lady told me that the starter is only supposed to last 1 year and they are no longer in my city making so called repairs. Stay far away from these people!

No commitment mechanics…

So far they have canceled all their appointments at the last hour and given lame excuses, the first mechanic even called me and asked me to send video of similar jobs?? My fourth attempt will be tomorrow (Oct. 21,22,24)… wish me luck! Two mechanics and three cancellations so far… seems to be a common issue with this company.

No Refunds...only credit

I canceled an appointment with this company. They charged a 75 dollar fee even though I canceled on a Friday and the appointment was a Tuesday. The reason why that's important is because they say you have 48 hours to cancel and last time I checked Friday is over 48hrs from Tuesday. Anyways, it really doesn't matter because these characters don't even give refunds they give you a credit to your account ( an account I didn't even want to make in the first place). They don't make it clear, at all that if you cancel you will not receive a refund and instead you will receive credit and that's just not good business practice.
Long story short, read the fine print that's how they get you lol...I 've certainly learned my lesson and man! its quite an expensive one lol
