This session covered all the information needed in order to be competent in a timely manner. Our instructor (Lynda McCarthy) was clear spoken, witty and kept us all engaged throughout.

If I could give no stars I would. THE XROID TREATMENT IS A SCAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I had this treatment through Wren healthcare. Wren were amazing but the treatment is a total con for money. Received the procedure on the 10th of November and there has been no change whatsoever in my condition. They expect you to pay for another treatment “if it doesn’t work” which is just another way to scam you again and take even more money. Even if I could afford a second treatment, I would not do it again because if anything I am worse off. Since having the treatment I have developed a pain in my groin and at times makes it hard for me to even stand or walk. Never had this pain until after I received this which leads me to think it is related. My haemorrhoids are worse than they have ever been before this treatment. I am being ignored by Wren and totally feel scammed by Xroid. I know it’s not the hospitals fault but they administered the Xroid treatment and no one has been in contact with me for over 30 days. I am in so much pain and upon treatment mine were a grade two, now they are hanging out. This treatment isn’t safe and makes it so much worse. I wish someone would recognise and take my complaint serious. This is not ok. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am out of pocket £1075 and apparently paid that to be worse off than before.
I also reviewed eXroid and they reported my review to TrustPilot Content Integrity because they wanted the review removed. What absolute scammers trying to hide the truth about their con of a treatment. Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company. TrustPilot left the review as I did nothing wrong but state the truth.

The Practical session was engaging and hands on, we were able to practice several times.

I had training of NVQ Level 3 for senior carer course which was very insightful and interactive. Presentations were interesting, good slides and videos that kept us all engaged.
The training was practical and informative. Intensive and well paced. Very useful team building exercises.
Helen is enthusiastic and really aware of what she is explaining.Interesting, well managed and close to real word and life experiences. Many things to think about from a new perspective.
