This company is a scam. The picture they show you isn't the product they sell, and when it comes to refunds, they do absolutely nothing. All they do is make excuses and keep you waiting. I sent a message two weeks ago saying I was dissatisfied and that what they sent me was a fake, and that I wanted my money back. To this day, they haven't sent me anything. They're a bunch of frauds, and their service is terrible.
The items I ordered were not what was pictured on their website. I am trying to return, but their service dept. keeps delaying my return label. We will give you 10% off your order. I don't want my order, the items are not what I expected nor what was displayed on your website. Following the rules for their return, they are delaying and delaying. I fear that the window will pass where I won't get a full refund.
