Può capitare per mille motivi che un’azienda si dimentichi di rispondere in una conversazione su Whatsapp, che poi per forza di cose finisce persa tra le decine avviate ogni giorno dai nostri clienti. In quel caso basta inviare un messaggio e la conversazione riprende.Ma evidentemente dà piú soddisfazione e ci si sente piú importanti a lasciare una recensione negativa per vendicarsi non si sa di quale torto. Tutto ció è di una tristezza imbarazzante.
