Really great servis
First thing they did was protect carpets .it took3 days to take old boiler out and replce it with new heat pump . Explained all controls to me . Cleaned up every night took everythink away with them
I would recomed this company . Pluss they sorted all paperwork out as well

We’ve been having issues with our renewable heat pump for quite a while, trying to contact greener living who installed the system ( badly I might say ) to service & fix the issues, but alas unable to do so .

This company was recommened by my boiler supplier Vaillant. My combi boiler had broken down leaving me with no heating or hot water. In addition the error message on my boiler indicated that I may have a serious issue with a gas leak. The company engineers attended the same day of contact, diagnosed the problem with the boiler, sourced the part required for a fix, picked it up then returned in the afternoon and repaired the boiler. Great service. I will definately use them again and highly recommend them.

Wrights Renewable Heating came to our rescue after we had trouble when a smart meter was fitted. They were very quick to respond and sorted us out. they were very helpful and we would highly recommend them

Pleasantly surprised by the competitive cost they charged to have my existing 12 year old Solar PV system replaced with new panels, and two additional storage batteries. The job was completed in no time, and they even took away all the old panels and waste. Based on the first twelve months running costs, I’m expecting to recover my overall outlay in record time and keep my energy costs to a minimum. Just had 8 solar panel's , hybrid inverter and a battery fitted by wright renewable heating. Absolutely fantasic installation. Ryan and Luca were very professional and polite and Tom the electrician was also so professional. Would definitely recommend this company nothing was too much trouble. I even made them all a bacon sandwich for an extra thanks.

I am delighted with the Air Source , new radiators and Solar panels fitted by Wright Renewable Heating. At the end of each day my home was left clean and tidy and any rubbish taken away. The whole process only took 2 and half days to do, and they kept me informed of what they had done and how to use the system once completed. Excellent work and team.

Helped me with questions that I’d forgotten to ask. I believe this is a company who have got amazing staff who work very well together. Very professional, thorough and well lead. They arrived on time and within 3 days all was fitted, on the 4 day they came and commissioned the system, The crew that fitted the heating were very good and cleaned up after them highly recommended 11/10

The whole team were excellent in fitting my new boiler and radiators Jamie was the Gas installer and his team were great they did a sterling job and Jamie explained to us all the workings and operation of our new system Also Dave the manager and his office team were always at the end of the phone with their professional help and advice thanks

It has been a year since Wright Renewable Heating completed the install of our solar PV and air source heat pump systems and I've got to say the whole experience of working with them has been fantastic.
At the first meeting, I was impressed with the knowledge and understanding of the Operations Manager.
Through those initial requirement discussions, it was clear to me Wright Renewable Heating was listening and wanted to provide the correct solutions to our requirements.
At installation, it was like watching a well rehearsed west-end show with teams of engineers all actively working together to achieve the end goal.
And, achieve they did!
Saving through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (£5,000)
Cutting two-thirds off our energy bill (saving £2,000 this year)
Reducing our energy related carbon emissions to one fifth of what they were (down from 5,000 tonnes of CO2e to 1,000)

But, it's the legacy of what Wright Renewable Heating has done for us that has proven to be most rewarding, e.g.: More space in the loft because they removed all the header tanks; a new cupboard on the landing because they removed the old hot water cylinder; no shower shocks because someone turns a tap on somewhere since they installed the ASHP and we replaced the electric shower with a thermostatic; no horrid pump noises waking you at stupid o'clock as they did with the old gas boiler; constant temperatures throughout the house all the time without the need to adjust settings because the weather compensator they fitted is doing it all for you.

A very all round professional company who sourced, supplied and installed my solar panels, battery back up, air source heat pump, water tank, and new radiators within the week. All workers were polite, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone interested in changing their heating system.

I would and have recommended this company to anyone interested in changing their heating system. The only criticism I would have is with the supply of paperwork and certificates but can be soon sorted with a phone call.
Altogether a great company to deal with.

Would have liked to give 5 stars however there were initially problems that though inconvenient to us were overcome. The actual team of on-site installers were very good and professional and returned fairly promptly to fix minor snags. We had a heat pump, water tank and larger radiators installed (we already had solar panels). The system worked well and we were very pleased. However, after a few months we were told they wouldn't be able to service the system as we were now outside their annual servicing range from their depot and we would have to arrange our own annual service. Not good customer service! Unfortunately we decided to downsize and move bungalows 8 months later and had to leave our new system behind. Hopefully Wright's will honour the warranty period for the new owners that they gave for the system when it was installed. I would use them again if we lived closer to them and knew they would be able to service the system for us.
