I have ordered a watch from this site at first I received the watch with switches not working so I reported the issue immediately after receiving the watch precisely on 22nd November and they occasionally responded to my messages and I had to wait 3 months for them to arrange an pick and the replacement was issued on March 6th where I received a watch with handles move as we flip the watch and again I raised the issue immediately and I have shared the videos they asked and they haven't responded since. At this point I am fed up with this behaviour I consider my money gone. As it has been almost 4months and I am yet receive a properly working watch. Now for commenting the issue on their Instagram Page they have blocked my account and chats.

I recieved the order before time and it was in perfect condition aswell. No mechanical issues and not even a scratch. I highly recommend buying watches from them. I bought GA-2100 and was extremely satisfied with it

I ordered a watch from Wristly, but the product I received is completely different from what was shown while ordering. The design and quality do not match at all.

I paid ₹1450, and honestly, it is not worth the money at all. Spending this amount and receiving such poor quality feels like a total waste. The product looks cheap and unreliable, almost like a duplicate item.

This experience has been very frustrating. Poor quality, wrong product, and defective piece everything went wrong. I would not recommend Wristella to anyone.
Do not use the Wristella app. Very disappointing experience.

Fake & Counterfeit watches, shoes & other items. Even after accepting payment, most of the time items would not be shipped nor emails/messages answered.

Overall great, you get what you paid for!!

The watch is really well made and the metal bezel has a great finishing with the polished stainless steel bezel and the brushed dial is almost exactly the same as the original with sharp branding and texts making. Almost all functions are present and working flawlessly.
In short: Just go for it you won't regret.

I recently bought a watch from this page, and it was a very disappointing experience. They advertise with photos and videos of genuine products, but what they send is nothing like that. The watch I received was a cheap duplicate with poor quality — even the glass was just plastic, not what was shown or promised.

This is highly misleading, and customers deserve transparency. If you are considering buying, be aware that what you see on their page is not what you actually get.

I ordered on 31 Aug 2025, An Townman Fossil Automatic Watch, They assured me by Live video call of my product, they showed me what i told them without any second questions. On the other hand i ordered black strap watch by mistake and wanted brown strap one so they told me to not worry and will change my order preference according to me.

My order got delayed due to Water Clogging in Delhi NCR, the location from where they ship the parcels but i waited and was also anxiously all the time to not get scammed. But finally today i got my watch and iam really impressed by the watch,

The negative reviews that are wrote here are fake reviews by there competitors

Its all a Scam, ordered a Omega X Swatch Speedmaster MoonSwatch, but when the pack landed it was just some cheapass watch bought off the street. Also note they DO NOT allow for openbox delivery. Avoid at all costs.

It's a scam, please do not purchase anything. The watches shown on the website and the watches sent are some very different. It's a cheap local 50 rupees watch from a local sreet packed and send. They're running a scam by cheating people with giving really good deals but tis a scam. Keep away do not purchase. If purchased return the product before accepting it.
