SCAM. I clicked on a cosmetics site and thought I was buying a legitimate product for 8 quid and suddenly these scammers at Writecellar had charged my card £100 which I had not authorised to sign me up for some "subscription" I had not opted into. Beware.
Writecellar did a good job handling my case and showed great leniency
I am still waiting for my refund and a cancelation of a subscription I DID NOT sign up for, 5 days later these scammers are sending me emails everyday requesting that I update or delete my reviews which I will not do till I receive my money first..... what a waste of good data for this nonsense fly by night
I filled out a survey and pay agreed to pay R200 for Samsung A15 And were charged multiple times more than the total of R800 and did not agreed to any of these deductions or membership. Now I'm waiting to be refund for my money been deducted for 3 days. Please refund me back my money to my account am not willing to lie and say that you helped me while I am still waiting for my money. It's been 3 months now they still steeling my money they are scamers please don't trust I have prove ,and will report them to fraud department if I don't get my money back today.
