Management at Writing.io has proven to be entirely unprofessional. They breached our binding partner contract and then restricted my system access entirely once issues arose. I have sent multiple emails in an attempt to resolve this quietly, including a formal demand for mediation as outlined in our agreement. Their only response has been a delay tactic, with no real engagement toward resolution.

On top of the terrible communication, the actual platform tools and educational courses do not match what they advertise to buyers. This feels like a scam designed to lock you out the moment you demand accountability. Avoid doing business with them.

I’ve been trying Writing.io and one of my favorite things is that it brings a bunch of major AI models into one place. Instead of switching between different apps, I can choose between GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and image generation models all together. I also like that the platform explains what each model is good for, whether it’s writing, research, coding, problem-solving, creative projects, or images. It makes AI feel more organized and easier to learn, especially if you’re newer to using different models. Or if you just want the most accurate answer possible. I didnt even know all of these models existed until using this site. Certain models are better for different things. Instead of just using chat gpt for example, and getting similar answers, I can use the other models offered and get more variety. This is Genius i love it.

I entered into a signed partnership agreement with Writing.io (Heroic, LLC) and fulfilled my obligations by referring a client, earning a commission that was contractually due in December 2025. As of today, that payment remains unpaid and is now more than two months overdue.

Since December, I have received multiple written confirmations stating that payment was “processed,” yet no funds have been received. I have maintained full documentation of the agreement, timeline, and communications.

Rather than resolving the issue directly, the company has taken the position that the matter must proceed through mediation and arbitration in another state. For a relatively small commission amount, this creates a disproportionate barrier to resolution.

In addition, ongoing system issues and lack of support during the partnership made it difficult to operate effectively.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a partnership fully understand the payment process, support structure, and dispute requirements before proceeding.
