Scam company - ordered from them in August 2025 and never received my order. No reply to email and Shopify can't do anything to help either apparently.

Total scam. Waiting over a month before trying to find them on this website and saw that they were indeed a scam. Their links provided on the order didn't work either and despite replying to their initial order email over the last month, nothing was received back. I've contacted my credit card company to get my money back.

Total scam. Ordered a screen to expand my laptop, charged and zero has arrived. Can’t even find who to contact. Don’t touch these people.

Bought computer screens on line again had confirmation and tracking then nothing. Reached out to Klarna as I paid through them and the company advised not correct info so Klarna refused my refund

Absolute scam no item ever received!

Wroocs website, “wroocs dot com” has disappeared. You only get a warning now that their website has an invalid certificate.
Lixoval is the company behind wroocs. Both are scams so keep well clear.
They are under investigation by Mastercard.

Still not received the item and no communication from the seller. This is 100% a fake company so stay clear. You won’t receive anything except an empty bank account.

Do not order anything from these crooks.
I waited over a month for my order and still no show. They promised a refund in 7-10 days and I'm still waiting. Its now been 3 months

like the 000's of others .... been scammed even though I'm generally super-paranoid about stuff online I didn't find any negative reports on social media wrt this company, also looked up companies house ... , will now contact ccard company to report / get a refund.

Credit Card company issued me a refund whilst they investigate.

I have also ordered a screen, nothing, website down, tracking is a hoax, absolutely fuming!

This company fronting the scam site Wroocs.com is called Lixoval Ltd - owned by a Shazi Moin and he/she lives at Flat B-B, 211, Worple Road,, London, England, SW20 8Q. This person is a fraudster and needs to be stopped. Iwill be paying him / her a visit very soon to demand my money back.

Ditto all the reviews below - this is a scam. Not even worthy of a one star - disgusted. Am just contacting my bank to try and get a refund.

I ordered a Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max screen extender from thewroocs.com. Not only have I not received my order, but the company's web site gives me an error message when I try to access it, and the same applies to the link for tracking information. The tracking number in the email confirmation is said to correspond to Shippy Express, but when I try to access the main page of this company, I also get an error message. I have emailed the support email address on the confirmation email to request a refund, and I have received no response whatsoever. I am disputing the charge with my card issuer.

Update: Within a day of submitting the dispute with my card issuer (along with a copy of the email correspondence showing the order confirmation and my unanswered request for a refund after the goods did not arrive and the company's web site stopped working), I received the following from my card issuer: "As a result of our investigation, we have credited your account. This adjustment can be found on your next statement."

Scam, just dont buy off Facebook ads…

Just like everyone else I've been scammed by these guys. Similar experience: everything seems to be going fine, delivery trail etc etc, then an 'address problem' on due date, and then their website and the tracking site totally disappear.
Don't bother.
I saw the offer on Instagram, then purchased via their web site.
Shopify, Instagram, my credit card company all informed.

This is a SCAM site. Similar experience as others here.
