I normally get reasonable service however, after sending an email months ago I heard nothing until today when by chance my contact looked at his spam mail. Not good service at all!

I have been a private client with WR Partners dealing with my tax affairs. I have found them to provide a very professional and personalized service. Always prompt in dealing with any issues, and seem to have a hit line to HMRC, which is always impossible to contact. Highly recommended.

I have used WR when I was in a partnership and now a self employed barrister. They are excellent. They know accountancy and tax but importantly know the Shropshire market and me individually. They are straightforward honest and reliable. They also handle my VAT which they are excellent at.

I'm a sole trader and WR have handled my end of year accounts for many, many years now. In recent years they've also helped me get setup with book-keeping and expense-tracking software integrations and guided me with my VAT registration process. They're always professional, friendly and efficient and I know I can rely on them for accurate data handling and error spotting. After a couple of email back-and-forths for some clarification, they send some digital documentation through for me to approve and e-sign and, that's it, they handle the submission to HMRC on my behalf. Alongside all that, I get email updates throughout the year on any changes in legislation or tax law that might effect me, so I can plan ahead. I can unreservedly recommend WR if you're looking for great service whatever the size of your business.
