I needed an in-line filter for by central heating system and was recommended to fit a magnaclean.
I searched the internet and WRPM was the best price and this included free delivery.
Ordered the item, and it arrived bang n the 2 days s stated.
Filter is now fitted and working fine, but it is appreciated to be able to order an item you require, with no hidden extras or costs.

We needed a new Thermostat/timer as our old one was no longer able to be set because the rubber buttons were worn out and the screen breaking up. We had to find one that would pair to the receiver attached to the boiler and research on the internet after being told by an engineer servicing the boiler that we couldn't get one to do that and a rough quote to replace them both. However, I found wrpm-uk.com, Whitmore Reans plumbers merchants, and they listed a Total Home one which did come with both the timer and a receiver together but assured that it would pair with the original receiver and they were absolutely correct. I can now get my central heating set for the winter months plus I have a spare new receiver if that fails. Top business to do business with. Thank you.

Shopping was straight forward. I bought a baxi 830 combi 2 with a thermostat and flue for the same price as the boiler on its own elsewhere.

The compatible products were displayed when buying the boiler so this made it faster and easier to buy what was required along with the boiler.

Delivery was next day which i did not expect as it was quicker than the quoted time on the site.

The delivery was not to my home address but to the Park Office of a Leisure Lodge Park. The Office is not manned until 10:00 am on any day which had the potential of causing problems with the original delivery schedule of 8 am to 5 pm. When I explained this to their customer services they said that they would contact the courier to ensure that delivery was not attempted until after 10am which is exactly what happened. Happy days!
This is top notch customer service but I don't feel I can leave a 5* review because I was promised two telephone calls to advise me of the delivery time for the day - but neither of these were made. So sad!
