Never again!

Never again!
Warranty Departement is catastrophic

Why did it take so long? I told you that the part I boughr from was a safety related part and maybe I crashed and could not come back earlier after recovery? You clearly told me that you are not responsible for a part that I bought at your Shop and I should contact the original supplier. You won't help. So your answer if it is not created automaticslly confirms my opinion.
