Total lack of professionalism
Delivered a sofa to me yesterday - delivery guys very flustered and under pressure bringing sofa in and unboxing. Proceeded to push boxes across my brand new floor, scraping it in multiple places, arms not on sofa etc. When built, I noticed scraps on the floor. I was so shocked and then they left. Straight away I was down cleaning seeing if they would come off, they did not. Next thing door knocks, the man had forgot to take photo and signature. He handed me exactly an empty box to sign - did not say it was to say no damage etc, took a photo and left. All meanwhile I’m still trying to process the damage to my floor. On further inspection, it’s scraped all over, from unprofessional building. I contacted EZ Living who I purchased sofa off - they take no responsibility & say it’s the delivery companies fault, they take no responsibility because I signed. I wasn’t told what I was signing, I didn’t even know the full extent of it and I would have been intimidated to confront two men when I’m in my home alone! I am so upset that all our hard work has been ruined by people coming into our space & showing total lack of consideration, then taking no responsibility. I don’t think the delivery men are professional sofa builders - they would have known what to watch out for, and where clearly under pressure, so I believe the main responsibility lies with whoever sent two none qualified men to my home to work on a sofa they clearly didn’t understand, with no awareness of their surroundings & how the base of the sofa / boxes etc would affect our floor.
I was kept updated all morning on how far the truck driver was away. The 2 men arrived bang on the time they said they would be here. Best service I’ve come across yet. Excellent .
So unhelpful and uncaring for your situation. Waiting for delivery for over three weeks, company unable to schedule in advance and provide a guaranteed date. They seem to just arrange their days to suit themselves, not customers. So many better options out there.
shocking unhelpful customer service. holding on to my delivery for 2 weeks now without delivering and won't even say when it will be delivered. dunno why would anyone use their service since there's plenty better and faster delivery companies!!!! avoid if you have a choice!
They gave me a time and date and my furniture arrived on time. The delivery driver was sound and very helpful. That's why I'm given them a good review. Thanks from Tralee Co Kerry.
Pretty pathetic - Was scheduled for a delivery from M&S, when i phoned them the week before it was due they said they hadn't got it in yet but they would deliver on the day I stated. The item didn't turn up, when i phoned up i was told that they were not delivering in my area that day. They didn't even bother to tell me that they were not going to make it and could not give me a definite day to delivery - Avoid.
WS Dennison has been due to deliver a missing furniture part to me before Christmas. Confirmed to JYSK they had the package before Christmas but the period being busy promised delivery in the first week of January. It is now 1st of February and despite several contacts through JYSK customer support and promise they would deliver earlier this week, still no word from them. I've been left with an unassembled sofa in the middle of my living room since early December.
I cannot rate this company high enough. My M&S wardrobes were delivered promptly and not only did I receive a call from W S Dennison on the day before the delivery , the driver telephoned about 20 minutes before my furniture arrived ! Unfortunately due to COVID regulations the driver explained that he could not install the handles onto my furniture and it’s reassuring to know he was taking all precautions very seriously to ensure the safety of not only himself and his helper but of us customers too ! First Class 100% Recommend . Delighted thank you
One star is way too much for that tipe of company, completely rude, screaming, liar's, paid 60€ waiting delivery for ages, and they keep telling me next week, next week, complete bull..., NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Bought items from Jysk, they also doing nothing, Jysk keep telling me they can't do anything, to take cash they react very quickly, and afterwards they all dissappearing,
Had to give one star but really that was too much. Delivered my m and s garden furniture. Refused to assemble it even though this was included in purchase price and stated on delivery docket. Rude unhelpful staff who refused to listen to me. Very disappointing. I definitely do not recommend this company.
