Dealing with this company is not worth the aggrevation
Wall Street Journal Wine was once a service oriented company but has changed the administration so much they are not able to process an order correctly, or correct their mistakes without causing the customer a great deal of time and aggravation trying to get the needed support. There are some things that are just not worth it and dealing with this company is one of them.

FedEx came to house and did not deliver…
FedEx came to house and did not deliver on Friday, as scheduled. Claimed customer was unavailable, despite the fact that I was standing at the open door. Driver just drove away, thereby necessitating that we wait at home yet another day for the delivery. Very poor service this time.

Pleasant Experience
Everything, again, from ordering to front door delivery went off without a hitch. Despite the wines being excellent, it's made more enjoyable without the drama getting it here.

Two days from order to delivery. You want a complaint? Okay, they were scheduled to be delivered between 10:00AM and 2 PM. They arrived 45 minutes early. I was so upset. Obviously just kidding.
