The best in the industry
I have been coming to WS Stuidos for 8+ years, and Walter and his team never disappoint. I always come away with something better than I could have envisioned. As someone with extremely long hair, who is very particular, other salons are the first to want to cut my hair shorter, or colour it to their liking, without listening to my preferences. WS studios listen to what you want and help you to achieve it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my mane! If you’re contemplating your first visit, don’t hesitate, it’s truly worth booking!
Amazing service and even better hair
I’ve been coming here for 3 years and always have the most amazing balayage and cut. Great experience each time.

Worst haircut of my life
Worst haircut of my life. The hairdresser manhandled me like I have never experienced. Throughout my entire experience, she was physically aggressive and manhandled me. It was painful and forceful. She hurt my scalp from pulling at my hair with a hard brush whilst it was covered in hair dye and knotted, and at one point I even had to hold myself in my seat so she didn’t pull me to the side as she yanked at my hair from the side to blow dry it. During my wash, she covered me and my clothes in water, made my ears soaking wet, and I had to grip the towel against me as much as I could to stop more water going on to my clothes any more.
To make matters further worse, she put me back in the salon seat to tell me she was going to do a toner now. She never once asked if I’d like a toner, nor did I agree to a toner at the start or in any discussion, nor did she tell me that this cost extra money. This is incredibly poor customer service and a breach of contract. You must always ask the customer whether they’d like toner and be transparent about additional cost. I found her method of trying to increase the salon income from my visit to be manipulative and it sounded like a scheme to trick people into paying more money.
Although my hair looks nice, I did not pay £159 to be physically manhandled by an aggressive stylist and to be in pain, covered in water and nearly conned into paying for a toner for 3 hours of my afternoon.
I was in contact with the salon for months afterwards and they promised rectification and to address the issue, but they did a 360 3 months later. and told me that they were now not giving any refund to me because the ‘haircut’ was fine.
Overall I have been incredibly disappointed and I urge customers to rethink going to this salon.
I do recomend
