I saw no benefit to using their service, and in fact it made it impossible to actually play due to constant, recurring rubber-banding. I also canceled my service, and they still charged me and refused to refund my money. Don't waste your money.

EDIT: They reached out and still are still refusing to do anything. Avoid this scam.
EDIT: Customer service representatives did a good job, however their practices are crazy and I don't think you will see any improvement in your internet performance unless you're in the oceana region.
