this company couldn't do anymore they have some beautiful items for sale at quality prices i would return delivery was quick on time packed so well

The product was good and the staff were helpful.

I had seen the lights at another store but they didn’t have the two sets I needed, I contacted this company and said I needed them asap, I paid extra for the quick delivery and they came the next day very well packaged and cheaper than other stores, the staff were friendly and very helpful will definitely use this company again very happy

Competitive prices, but what really impressed me is that when I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour and requested the order be cancelled, the team replied immediately and were able to substitute the colour I wanted without having to change the order. Amazing customer service!

Just another drop shipper with drop shipper problems. Ordered a lot, paid £10 for express delivery and most came express but the “in stock” led drivers never showed up.. I emailed in and turns out the order was supplied by Integral themselves and WT Lighting had little to no information or involvement (didn’t even know I hadn’t received my order). The led drivers weren’t due to come back for multiple weeks later. Meaning we missed our Christmas deadline.

To give credit, and why a 3 star review, they sorted a refund out very quickly via email and even refunded the express delivery. But would i order again… no never, might as order direct or order elsewhere.

Great quality desk light, delivered super fast. I had an initial query which was dealt with promptly by very helpful staff. Also good value for such a quality product, very pleased.

Excellent showroom. We looked in Dunhelm, Next and other high street stores but none of them matched what WT Lighting had on display - within 15 minutes we found exactly what we wanted, and it was in stock ready for us to take home.

The service from WT Lighting was fantastic - items were posted in less than 24 hours and the regular email communication providing updates on the order was brilliant! Would highly recommend buying from this company - slick and super speedy.

We have been using WT for the last 30 years and always found them competitive on price. They cater for all styles of lighting indoor and outdoor and will even modify lighting to be bespoke for your requirements. The showroom display is extensive and the online service is excellent. Customer service is superb, no problem is too big. Truly a 5 star service.

Really pleased with the customer service. We have recently refurbished our kitchen and were looking for some lighting options to hang from our wooden ceiling beams. The team at WT Lighting offered a variety of options, and gave us fantastic advice. We are delighted with the lights, they look beautiful, and the customer service from start to finish was 5 stars. We would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We undertook over a twelve month period a major extension resulting in a new extended kitchen, orangery and media wall. Sam's product knowledge was essential in helping us achieve the wow factor we desired. We were kept informed as to the progress of the order, which helped considerably on keeping things on track.
If you want expertise, and a personal service, that a long established family company brings, then look no further.

We recently upgraded the outdoor lighting at our home and Sam and the team at WT Lighting were brilliant as always. Been customers there for many years for our commercial property’s and personal homes interiors and exteriors. They helped us choose the right light fixtures for what we needed, found alternative options, advised on the install. Will be going back for all the internal fixtures once the renovation is ready. Would not go anywhere else for lighting!
