Do Better!

Hi so my parents finally got their Christmas gift on Monday. Spent money of the day and Tuesday trying to figure out who got them these awesome dog cookings. I’ve done this more than a half dozen times for gifts. And the recipients are always excited and the dogs love them.

Unfortunately, this gift box had a Merry Christmas card from Wufets. Hummmmmm that a first.

I had a very detailed card with my order. That didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. But upon discussions and wondering why I was not thanked we found out there was no card.

Please do better. You have a good product that’s already overpriced. If your customer service goes bad, I’m done. Happy Year!

Bottom line e is that Wufers sucks.

Bottom line e is that Wufers sucks.
The customer service now and always has been deplorable.
Most recent example: Lately the cookies arrive broken. There are two reasons for this. They are not packed but loosely thrown in a box. Secondly the delivery service they use literally tosses the box on my porch. I have this recorded on my video doorbell. You can pay extra for “safe delivery “ but they say that is only to assure that the package is delivered, not to cover damaged goods.
The response I got from Wufers is that I should complain to their delivery service company, taking no responsibility or liability.

Has NEVER goten a delivery remotey close to what was orderd

The last order they never sent until I got nasty and then only shipped 66% of the order. On the advice of a friend, I tried again. This time they shipped a box with the treats, but decided to toss their garbage in the box (yes in a package, but still, who wants your garbage in my order). Meaning wires, connectors, and other building materials, no idea how that is even possible. Customer service does not respond. Been on hold for days, yes you read that correctly, days. I have tried to work with this company, now I am sharing my experience everywhere. They have a message that says 24 hours and hey get back. I'm happy to upload the E-Mails that show it is 6-8 weeks to get a response. Way after the timeline to dispute, I am sure they are well aware. They refused to address the mistake, they refused to help. Don't ask them for help, just charge back They will not answer you. There are much better companies out there. Find them.

***Update, they reached out and told me my first order was canceled because I was late ordering. I ordered in October and personally knew people who ordered as late as Thanksgiving and they received theirs. Additionally, my order had 3 items to 3 people, they sent out 2 of the three, lol, you canceled what? So Gaslighting is the new buzzword and it over overused and usually incorrectly, however, this place will try to gaslight you into trying to believe it is your fault they lost your order, it is your fault they threw garbage in your box. It is never their fault, somehow it's always yours, or they say what happened never happened. Terrible. So they will also lie straight to your face, keep your records folks***

****update. A year and a half from the origional complaint and they responded. Well done for proving my point you have the single worst customers service, staff, process, and organization. A 18 months later? What are you going to do now? You eschew your problems and blame a warehouse? As I said earlier, always the fault of someone else. Lolol. Well done***

Now I have a reason to update my reviews and have them move back to the top of the lists to be seen first.

My review is honest and will stand.

Hi Richard,

I am so sorry for this experience you have had, and we’d like to do everything we can to make it right. It looks like from your experience, you may have been shipped a set of products from a different company that is also using out fulfillment warehouse. We have all of our orders fulfilled by another company called ShipBob, which they do fulfillment for many other businesses. We apologize that they have made this error and want to try and rectify it.

If you could reach out to info@wufers.com we’d like to try again to make this right.

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service and administration. They promote subscribing to the “Monthly Cookie Box” and get a years fee up front. Shipments are missed and do not respond to emails. Their phone numbers are no longer in service.

Trash Company

❌❌❌Pet owners attention❌❌❌I ordered the advent calendar from Amazon if you guys for my friends 10 year old St. Bernard but received the Christmas treat instead… you ruined my Christmas surprise and I need refund back. I’m not able to return because it’s a gift for my friend. If not, more legal and social network complain will be taken.

When I read the review I found I’m not alone. They sent all orders wrong. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CHRISTMAS!!! Wüfers
