Our 8-year old rough collie started taking Wuffes Advanced Hip and Joint Support two months ago….since then, we have seen a vast improvement in his mobility….he’s able to go up and down the stairs without any issues and is a lot more playful….we are grateful to see how well he’s doing.

The chews work well! I have two senior dogs and a middle aged adult dog and they all get these chews and they have little to no joint pain or stiffness. Customer service is great and was quick to notify me when my information needed updated so my girls didn't miss a shipment.

I hope customers read this before they order. I missed the reviews before I order and ended up being scammed. I placed an order to try the product on my dog . I gave it to my dog for two weeks but before I used it all my dog passed away. It’s not bad enough I am heart broken the company notified me they were sending me a second order. I contacted them by email but was informed I signed up for a script. This is the farthest from the truth. I only ordered one 30 day order to try it. Now they insist I take it and charged my credit card even though I contacted the company before it was shipped. I also have read reviews that I’m not the first to be taken in this way by signing you up for a subscription without you knowing it. They also will not take a return. Please beware of this company …They have no heart for a senior who lost his dog of 15 years and refused to halt an item I will have no use for….Its a sham and someday they will answer to a higher authority…

My dog Precious has been acting more her old self since using Wuffes. The only issue I had was I accidentally set up 2 accounts when ordering. Dani from Wuffes took care of that for me. I only had to respond to a text. So far I have no complaints and have only been happy with Wuffes products and services.

I have a 10 year old malamute who has a hard time getting up and her back legs shaking and well she was doing really good and then she ran out she had about 5 days before she got her next tub when I got a text from Wuffes to see how she was doing and they got right on sending her another right away I have to say that they are very thoughtful and caring for my fur baby I couldn’t ask for any better service than what I was getting from Wuffes I will continue purchasing from Wuffes I really appreciate everything that they have done for me

My dog is a great Pyrenees about 10 months old and almost 75 pounds and her anxiety was through the roof. She’s a natural guard dog and we have about seven acres half of it is forest so at night she gets very anxious by things she can’t see and was barking constantly and these bites. I got the anxiety bites and they are wonderful. She loves taking them. We have a routine every morning. She waits for her two bites and she sits patiently and takes them very gently and they’ve done wonder her anxiety is cut in half and you know she’s able to function without always having to be next to us so yeah, the stuff is great. Highly recommend.
Customer service is awesome very professional very understanding. Make sure that I understood everything that was going on. Made me some offers and actually asked about my pet. Very very awesome customer service experience.

My brother‘s dog Chloe was practically paralyzed back in January and February 2026. She’s 13 years old and she’s a pitbull mix and such a sweetheart. She was rescued from a kill shelter a week before they were going to take her life and now she’s lived 13 wonderful years. Back in January it was almost decided she was gonna be put down because her knee and hip pain was so bad that it didn’t seem right to let her suffer. They tried some acupuncture and a little bit of medication and although it helped slightly nothing completely helped at that point and then after several Instagram ads that I seen, I told my brother about this company and I decided to purchase the first round and just give it to him so he could at least give it to her and try
Well here it is almost May and she is as happy as can be for 13 years old. She’s wandering around most days without really any signs of struggle or pain. And she’s got a big ol smile on her face the majority of the time. So with that being said, I will definitely recommend this product to anyone in a very similar situation. At the very least, give it a try because the price is right to spare years months or even Just weeks with your loved pet.

NEGATIVE-5 stars. This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.
This company placed a subscription order for me at MIDNIGHT who is even awake monitoring and approving charges at that hour? Then they immediately hide behind a “2-hour cancellation policy,” as if that’s reasonable when the order is placed while customers are literally asleep.
I had already canceled my subscription and moved to a new address. I contacted them right away, explained that I no longer live there, and asked them to stop the order. Their response? They refused to cancel it, even though it had NOT shipped yet.
Then after denying my request, they went ahead and shipped it anyway to an address I already told them I don’t live at.
Their solution was to “return the product.” How am I supposed to return something I will never receive?
They also advertise a 90-day money-back guarantee, which clearly does not apply when it actually matters.
Charging customers for products they won’t receive, ignoring address issues, and hiding behind technicalities is not just bad service it’s misleading.
Avoid this company, especially their subscription service. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to fix it.

I was very honest with the company and told them that I could not use the product for the full 90 days due to the fact that my dog is allergic to it. He broke out in hives and was covered with rashes from it. They refused to refund my full amount of payment, saying that they only refund it when you use the product for the full 90 days! There was NO way I would have given it to my dog and made him suffer that long. I’m disgusted with their service and their policies. I would give them a minus ten if I could!

My dog, Jack is almost 16 years old. My vet recommended glucosamine. I tried supplements from several manufacturers and couldn't get Jack to consume them. My friend recommended Wuffes. I ordered it and Jack loves it crumbled on his food. When I showed the container to the vet, she actually said it was excellent. When I had a question, customer service got back to me right away with the answer. They were polite and not condescending at all.

For the past four years, we have given Wuffes joint supplements and multivitamins daily to our ten-year-old German Shepherd. Initially, we adopted this proactive approach to prevent hip dysplasia, a prevalent condition in this breed. My red heeler is 11yo. She had been struggling to do her business. She would stay squatting for a while with nothing coming out. This had been going on for quite some time until I got her the probiotic chews. Oh man! She is not struggling anymore. She has a smile on her face after she does her business. Everything is flowing smoothly. I’m glad I found the right product to help her out. She’s 11, I plan to take care of her longer than the regular lifespan for a red heeler.
The customer service was superb! The representative was friendly, quick, and made it simple. Definitely going to keep my subscription active.
