Very disappointing experience.
The course connector was extremely pushy and constantly pressured parents to purchase additional classes. Phone calls came repeatedly, sometimes as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 10 p.m., which felt inappropriate and intrusive.
Even after my child had just paid and started the course, the sales calls did not stop. What made the experience worse was that teachers were frequently changed if parents did not continue purchasing more classes, which seriously affected learning continuity.
Overall, this felt more like aggressive sales than education. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this program to other parents.

Teenager learning Chinese
My daughter likes this program and the teacher. She is keen to learn and doing homework promptly.

They are so harsh on teachers, ew
They are so harsh on teachers, not letting them talk and calling them "garbage". Well, no. The teachers can change but all tey do is remove their lessons and fire them, making up an idiotic response. They also don't let teacher teach in the own way, which in fact is better since students can understand BUT NO in fact their system is so rigged. The education is good but the atitude to staff is not. i know a lot of teachers like this, some with so many years teaching at wukong. this is honestly crazy. Don't go to Wukong, they need a change andd better atitude for staff .

Trial class
We did a trial class. I was very impressed with the learning app. It was easy to use and the teacher was very engaging. My daughter learned a lot in 30 minutes. Looking forward to starting my daughter in classes.

After making the payment
After making the payment, the overall experience fell short of my expectations for the following reasons:
1. Limited Class Availability
My child is young and goes to bed early, which restricts our scheduling options. After discussing with the general teacher and reviewed available options online, I found that the available time slots were limited.
2. Unclear and Burdensome Social Media Requirement
I strongly dislike the requirement to post on social media in order to receive the extra 15 sessions included in the Black Friday promotion package. This creates unnecessary pressure and consumes parents’ time. Moreover, the sales representative did not clearly explain that weekly sharing was mandatory. I was told that if I preferred not to share regularly, I could post at the end of the semester—this turned out to be incorrect after speaking with the general teacher.
3. Delayed Communication and Coordination
Because all staff are located in China, responses to messages are often delayed. For example, I purchased the package on November 28 and hoped to start sessions during the holiday weekend. However, I was informed that I needed to speak with the general teacher first. I waited until November 30 for that discussion, and although she promised to arrange a teacher, by Monday, December 1, I had no update. After sending a message to her in the morning, I had to wait the entire day for a response. This lack of timely communication is inconvenient and impacts the learning experience.
