My baby likes this a lot. We were unsure of it at first but my wife really wanted it. We’re happy that we didn’t get a heat lamp but this instead. The baby likes to lay on it. Only thing is that the charger gets really hot when plugged into the outlet even when the product is not turned on.

The changing pad is not warm on touch, it warms up 5 second after you put the baby on it, so you can not avoid the first cold touch which is why I bought it thinking this is precisely what it is - a warm surface to put your baby on . Second, the return process not easy and is annoying, you must contact them, then print the label yourself, then let them know the trackig no, etc...so I would not recommend either the product or service unfortunately.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been satisfying. We have designed the changing pad so that it provides a comfortable transfer of warmth for the baby. Laying them, when cold or wet, directly onto a warm service is less comfortable then laying them down and warming them up within a few seconds. Having the warmth set in slowly but steadily makes for the best experience for the baby. When switched on, if you compare the center -where the heating element is- compared to the edges -which are not heated- it is in fact warmer, and then it gets even warmer as the changing pad is in use.
Our return policy is clearly stated on our website on the page dedicated to the returns. Also, the link is there to our return portal. You contacted us with a question about how to return, and we have directed you to the page. When it was unclear, we offered you a different way of returning the product. We tried to be very helpful but are sorry that our efforts weren't satisfactory for you.
I ordered a wipe warmer from Wumby and the experience was amazing. I was experiencing issues with ordering to Germany, contacted support via whatsapp and got a reply immediately even though it was late. The issue was resolved early in the next morning and I ordered immediately. The package arrived within two days even though it had to be delivered to Germany.
I was impressed by the design and manufacturing of the wipe warmer it looks super slick and cute and it looks like it has a really good quality. Using the device is super easy. You just the wipe box in the device and latch it to the rubber bands. Afterwards you can just turn it on, set the desired temperature and let the magic happen. The wipes get a very comfortable temperature and they don‘t dry out at all (we even used wipes that are quite dry to begin with and they still were moist). This wipe warmer is a enrichment for every changing station and the baby is very comfortable with the warm wipes. I can‘t recommend it enough.
I just have three small things that I noticed and it‘s really nitpicking, but it would be great if it gets solved in the future.
1. The instructions are a little unclear on whether to put the entire wipe box in or the unpacked wipes (you‘re supposed to put the entire box in)
2. The instructions could be a little clearer on whether the device can stay on all the time or not (it can, it consumes very little power, but it should be turned off every once in a while, to clean the condensed water)
3. The touch pad is a little sensitive. Sometimes when I am opening the lid and grab a wipe, I accidentally increase the temperature.
So all in all: I love the device and I am very happy with it. I can‘t recommend it enough, it increases the convenience level so much and I wish I got it earlier.

This company is really marvelous. We needed this heatable place for diaper changing and getting dressed for a very small baby before coming home from the hospital. It was ordered on Friday afternoon and was here in Germany on Monday! The baby loves it. She is totally relaxed lying there and you can tell that she is absolutely comfortable. It heats up very quickly. We contacted Wumby easily via WhatsApp and always received an immediate answer. Perfect service!
We decided for Wumby as opposed to a heating lamp, because this is absolutely safe. It was the right decision.
