İ really liked your clean interface as a customer i just suggest that if its possible you can speed up your buy sell trade signal speed. From tradingview signal to binance an order happen in nearly 2.30 minutes if it become faster it will be better

It doesn't see 2 alarms at the same time, for example short -exit long, Short does not exit long, some coins

One of the best trading-view integrated bot even better than 3comma, cryptoHopper. My strategy is unable to work perfectly ( tried 5+ Bot ) only Wunberbit bot can do well.

Swing trades based on TradingView alerts doesnt work properly. Sometimes it fails. Support couldnt find solution and do not communicate.

I am a minority here, I have had serious reliability issues, false orders being sent out, API's that fail and trades that I did not initiate selling coins in an uptrend. I lost 75% of what I made overnight. There is no support between Saturday lunch and Monday morning so if the it hits the fan all you can do is trade on the exchange. It is such a good layout but if it is not reliable I dont want it. I would not keep a car that breaks down every 24h.

this system does not execute trades well at the right times and even does not execute them at all at times when you pay it is unacceptable to have this service !! (I strongly advise against there are better elsewhere)

The platform is full of bugs, It looks good at first glance, but it has a lot of issues.
1) Some trades created in Wunderbit especially copy trading does not exist in the platform, but still, the trade exists in the exchange. I have detailed this problem to the support. They have admitted the issue, I have documented it, but hey you lost money a lot of money. But who to complain except here. In these instances, losses are very high. You don't really see it until you are deep in the red.
2) There are no options to allocate the maximum amount a copy trade can use. A copy trader can wipe out your entire account in a single trade.
My advice is to avoid the platform.

Wunderbit trading is indeed one of the cheapest and easiest to set up trading bots, but that "cheap" come at a very heavy cost.

1- It's far from reliable, some orders simply won't excuse, imagine you are in a large short position, you go to sleep thinking the bot will exit at SL or TP, you wake up and find out that none of them was activated and you lose money when you were supposed to be making a profit.

Of course, they will tell you this is a bug which we fixed, or it's a problem with the exchange, but to you, it's all the same.

2- The platform was hacked earlier this month and many people lost money, if you think your funds are safe because the API you set is only for trading well, you are wrong!

The hacker used the funds available to the API to buy/sell some low cap coins (he was probably doing P&D), some members on the telegram group noticed the hack and mentioned it in the telegram group as well as send support requests/emails to wunderbit, the crazy part is that all of the team members were sleeping, the hack went on and on for hours until one of the team members woke up and probably had his shower and coffee while everyone else was losing money.

I understand that hacks do happen, but for a hack to go on for hours and nobody responds, it shows that this platform is probably run by 1-2 people, wunderbit claim to have 10k clients, which means they earn a large amount of money and yet don't hire enough staff to be available 24/7, in fact, their avaiablity is less than 12 hours a day, so if something goes wrong you will need to wait for so long, giving that people's money at stake, one would expect that an honest company should at least some emergency plans, but no, they go to bed at the same time, of course, their money isn't at risk, it's our money that is.

After the hack, they said they would compensate us, stating that they don't have to because it's not their mistake (not their mistake that they only have 1-2 employees who happen to go to bed at the same time), after a while, they said they will compensate us by giving us a few months of free subscription (like who on earth would use this after what happened).

I am not saying they are scammers or anything like that, but once you give them your API key, they have full control over the funds (except the withdrawal part), what happened a few weeks ago might very well happen again, you wake up to a portfolio of 0 because someone used your money to trade with high leverage, which is no different than someone directly withdrawing your funds, the result is the same 'your money is lost'.

Wunderbit is not reliable. They had been hacked and don't assume loss. It's juste crap! Run away far from this scam!

I don't recommend Wunderbit at all, the company got hacked and I lost 40% of my portfolio and also the hackers closed my positions. It's a shame how this company does business. I definitely don't recommend it for anybody to use. It's unsecured and the management of the "company" is terrible.

Good exchange rates. Credit cards and bank transfers are also accepted. I didn't tested Skrill yet.

Did a big order F71ABF46 and they havent made payout in 24 hours which promised. also theyre online in chat and in my "chatroom" and dont reply. this smells scam. Lost 140usd. beware
